This was the exact life Bae had wanted when he took that bean from the Rhelm Ghorm. The two of them back to how things once were. No magic, no Dark One dagger. Just the two of them. Bae turned towards his papa and smiled, as he let go of his hand leaving him at the window. He kept his gaze out in order to see how different this world really was from the Forest.
"I've always said that. And I've always felt it." Staring out, Bae saw alot of people walking around, but, he didn't recognise any of them. It didn't surprise him, since that was the point of the bean. To bring both of them to a world where no-one knew them, and, they could start over. He moved closer to the window, and, he smiled as someone glanced into the window and looked right at him. He waved softly, before watching them walk off. Ok, so maybe it would take him some time to make some friends, but, he was just glad this was getting him a chance to do that.
Bae moved to take a seat in front of the window, and, just looked open mouthed at the things out of the window. This was going to be an interesting town he could tell. His gaze went back to his father as he spoke once more. "Yes I, I would love to." Bae said, smiling up at his papa before making his way closer to his papa again.

Love is free, but magic comes with a price.. Releasing the breath he hadn't realized he had been holding. Rumple nodded his head point to the front of the store. let me clean up quickly here and then we will be on our way. giving Bae a tiny reassuring smile to his son. The retransformation wouldn't be difficult task. A flick of a hand and poof Neal Cassidy harden street wise man would return...or he could forever keep Bae. Beginning to tidy up Rumple would wait for Bae to leave the room before fixing everything with magic. Not wanting to ruin the illusion of perfect life not again for his boy not when he could make Baelfire dreams come true. Now the other task would be to keep Emma and Henry. Narrowing his eyes making them slinted sliced lines. That could be problematic with the boy not so much with the mother. Pulling the cell phone out once more typing a quick message to Henry saying that him and Neal were having dinner tonight to not call he wanted alone time with his boy. Bae glanced up at his father, and, smiled softly. "Ok papa. At least you're not going to use magic to do it this time." Bae returned his father's smile.
He still had no memory of being anyone but Baelfire, and, definitely had no memories of being abandoned because his papa was a coward. All he knew was that he and his father were getting the chance he'd wanted when he went to see the Rhelm Ghorm and got that bean. His gaze stayed on his father as he watched him clean the so called store of his. This life and town may not be so bad after all, it was everything Bae had hoped for. His father without his magic, and, the two of them happy again.
Standing up, Bae felt something in his pocket. He looked at it, confused by what it seemed to be. It had a screen on it, with a small boy on it not much younger then him, with a man with dark hair, alot like his. Bae didn't know why he would have that picture on whatever this thing was. Shaking his head, Bae put it back into his pocket, and, ignored that for now. Bae looked back up at his father and smiled "Ready to go papa?"

G Spinning about to face his handsome son. Nodding his head making his salt and pepper hair waving in the wind. Taking a hold of Bae's hand our home is not to far from here . the large pink Victorian around the corner .
Also we have maid her name is Belle please treat her with as much kindness as you would me. Rumple knew Bae would , such a kind and caring boy how could he be cruel. Squeezing the tiny hand gently letting his thumb over the back of his hand. Spotting the confused look on the tiny face of his son. Holding the door open letting go of childs hand. penny for your thoughts Bae? Is there something weighing on your mind and heart? smiling kindly walking along with the side walk in limping strides. |

Bae looked at his papa and smiled when he nodded his head. Bae took a grip of his father's hand, and, began to head out of the store. “Well, then let's go papa. Anywhere with you sounds great as a home. A maid, Belle nice name. I'll always treat her with kindness”
He didn't know why his papa thought he wouldn't treat her with kindness, he treated everyone with kindness, even the ones that didn't necessarily deserve it. Feeling his papa gently squeezing his hand made Bae smile, as he looked back up at him. His face was confused by everything in this town, mainly the picture on that strange device. And the town as a whole.
Stepping outside the door with his papa, Bae moved himself closer to his papa's body. “Mainly just this place. I'm scared. What if no-one likes me here? And what if I don't fit in?” Bae asked, looking up at his papa.

G rimacing at Bae's words . without thought Rumple caressed his thumb over his son listen to your papa you have nothing to fear Baelfire you will fit in . You have a good heart and that will bring you luck with friends. and if that didn't work Rumple bespell them into loving his son. He thought with vicious grin. Pleased that Bae was going to get a long with Belle . he had no doubt that the boy would but Rumple didn't want to take a chance not knowing if the spell could have done something to boys personality. Point up the road the large pink mansion up on the hill looking down a upon the town. there is our home Bae house fit for a prince. shaking the boys hand playfully as they walk. |

Looking up at his papa Bae couldn't stop the smile that grew on his face as he felt his papa caressing his hand. “I'm just going based off back in the Forest. I was the same person then that I am now, but, that didn't really help with making friends.” Bae knew that it was mostly because they were scared of his papa, but, why wouldn't they be now? He was still the same man, just without the dagger and the magic.
Whoever this Belle was, Bae was sure he was going to love getting to know her. If his papa hadn't scared her away yet then it would only mean good things right? He was going to be kind to her anyway, because that's just what he did. “Kind of ironic based on where we once were. Prince's everywhere.” Bae said, smiling softly as he looked at him.

G uilt sliced through Rumple. Whether it was meant as a jab or not he knew that he was the cause for most if not all of Baelfire's issues with people of Myst Haven. That was not his intention. No longer ago when he was but a simple spinner he just wanted to make sure his son was protected against the war that swept across the land filling the dusk sky with the blood of innocence. Nodding his head squeezing Bae's hand moving briskly now to the Lincoln that was parked off to the side. Rumple needed to get his son home sight unseen by the town or all hell would break loose. Arching a brow to his sons words , the irony didn't stop there . they were still out and about and everywhere. Couldn't thump a tree with out one prince falling out of it. Unlocking and opening the passenger side door get in Bae we are almost there . don't be frighten this is a horse less carriage. [ color] ruffling Bae curls before making it to his repeating the actions and sliding in to the car.

Bae hadn't meant that in a bad way, he just wanted to make his point clear. The past was the past and now the Enchanted Forest wouldn't even be a problem, since they were far away from it. He knew why his papa had become the Dark One, but, it had just become too much. Bae still remembered the sounds of the innocent people as he injured or killed them. It had haunted his dreams for so long and for so many nights while in the Forest.
A small smile grew on his face as he felt his papa gently squeezing his hand. Bae looked around in confusion as he saw his papa walk towards a strange looking contraption. Whatever it was, obviously it was something of his fathers. Bae looked up at that house and then back towards this contraption thing his father had walked them to. “Um, ok if you say so papa. Guess this is a completely different world then isn't it?” Bae said, smiling softly as his father ruffled his hair. Watching his papa go to the other side of this contraption, Bae made his way inside it, but, hesitated before stepping inside of it, and, sitting down.

O nce Bae was and the car started . Rumple smiled and glanced over his son as he drove on . that was the understatement , oh dearie you have no idea. This world is mix of great many things Bae . hopefully it will be a good place to start over for us both. The town was fairly deserted, not many were on the street . which was most excellent for Rumpelstiltskin. It meant few questions needing to be answered. Bae , I have a question a tiny one really my boy . do you think you can think back to the night blue gave you the bean. What all did she say to you? so help that nat if she coherence him into making this awful choice of desertion. |
