{1} You must fill out an application and post it in the appropriate area after that you must wait for a staff member to approve you before you can post.
{2} This is the most important rule. Respect. Here, respect is a huge thing.
Respect everyone; the staff, the members, the guests, everyone.
{3} If you're going to be away for more than a week, or if your posting speed is going to be down, please post in the absences board so we know. If you just disappear for two weeks without a notice, your account will be deleted and your playby and/or canon will be up for grabs.
{4} This is a PG-13 site, as stated by Proboards ToS.
{5} Liquid time is allowed here. That means you can be in as many threads in as many different times at one that you want to! Please try to keep it in the same in character month though, which can be found under the setting area of the sidebars.
{6} No out of Character Drama allowed. If this happens please be respectful to the members and try to solve it via private message. If things escalate then staff will get involve.
{7} Absolutely no god-modding or power-playing. You should all know what this means, so I won't go into depth about them, but basically no controlling the other person's character and no all powerful characters.
{9}Activity is very important to any site and we're no different. Please consider whether you can stay here especially if you want to take up a canon. Canons are needed even more than originals so think about how much time you can devote to this rp. Absences should be explained prior to them if possible. We need to know if you're not there so we can excuse you from checks etc.

RULES AND OUT LINE FOR THE GODSSince more gods/goddess are coming on to the site I believe there is very big possibility of the writers adding this on to the show at one point.
- the bio and info must fit into the mythos of OUAT plot line for what ever season you have your character come in at
- It wasn't until Jafar broken the laws of magic were the gods/goddess able to have their powers back{which takes place at the end of season two}
- Gods powers are on the same level of Rumpelstiltskin magic
other then these the other rules still apply thank you for your time upon reading them.

DEAD CHARACTERS
Deceased characters aren't off limits nor are they limited to staying dead either. What this means is the Mun who is playing said dead character can chose to bring them back in manner befitting OUAT mythos I.E. (Magic, Science, Time Travel, Well water)

WARNING SYSTEMWe do not like to have to add this one; however we don't see any other way around it due to mitigating circumstances. This not only counts for the members, but the staff as well. We are not above the rules so please do not feel that we are. This post is not an attempt to single any one person or persons out in particular. If you go 30 days without incident a strike will be dropped. 1st Warning will be a PM warning in the form of an FYI.
2nd Warning will be an official Written warning
The 3rd rule will be an outright ban. There will be no other chances. You had it with your other warnings. We've given you ample time to fix the issue at hand. If you choose not to, that is your choice obviously.
We here at TIMHE believe in an open door policy. What this means is you can come to any of us {staff}. Our PM boxes are always available . We don't wish to see you banned for choices that you have made.

Original Characters
OC's must be based off of Mythology, fairy tales, disney etc. We actually have a lot of original characters that get involved in plot. You need to be proactive and post on people's plotters but most of the time you can find threads. We're glad you're considering joining us and we hope that you do!
