“I guess it does” Neal said, smiling at Emma. Neal knew, that the two of them had both had the similar and hard lives. Living in orphanages, and, then being bounced back and forth through several foster homes before being brought back to the orphange or group homes because they weren't what he expected, or what they wanted after all. And then being betrayed by people who they thought had cared about them. A whole long list of the same reasons why their lives were different to most other peoples. Neal had been forced to stand up for himself from the moment he ended up in the workhouses. Something that he'd had to do a lot of in his life before meeting Emma. It felt nice to have someone who had a similar type of life to his. And the same line of thinking and way of life as he'd grown up with. It had made things easier for him.
“Glad to hear you're ready for it. Starting with stealing money it is then.” Neal shifted his body as Emma moved the blanket and stepped out of the bug. He groaned softly as he wanted to try and get comfortable again. Their dream could become a reality a lot sooner if both of them could do these things together.
Hearing the knock on the window, Neal's gaze went towards it as he saw Emma looking into the car. A small chuckle escaped his mouth as he pulled the blanket around himself, letting it sit around him, “I'm not waiting for anything. Of course I'm going to teach you now” Neal pulled off the blanket from around him, before making his way out of the car standing next to Emma. “Come on, let's go.”
