“no, not Peter, it’s Charming” he answered with a relieved voice. “Thank god she is getting awake again”
He saw that Red was struggling with getting up again. “No way buddy, you stay on the ground for a couple of minutes longer. We are on our way to search Snow, do you remember?” He was not really trusting this whole situation at the moment, it wasn’t a good thing that someone didn’t remember where he was or didn’t recognize the person who was helping him. “Red, what’s wrong with you? What made you faint? Are you okay Red?” he was still worried about her, so he kept on sitting next to her on his knees.

"Ch - Charming?" Red asked, somewhat bewildered that the man wasn't Peter. She could've sworn that it was. "I - I don't remember..." Red's voice trailed off. She was so confused. What happened?
"Maybe if you tell me what just happened, I can try to remember what caused me to..." Red couldn't form the word in her mouth. It sounded strange and distant to her, and she didn't like it. Nothing was coming back to Red still. She couldn't remember anything. She looked up at the man who said that his name was Charming, hoping that he would tell her everything.

“This isn’t looking good” charming thought by himself. “You don’t recognize me?” he frowned his eyebrows, worried about her. “We are searching for Snow White, you are her best friend. You showed me that you can change into a wolf and I gave you a hairpin from Snow White, so you could track down where she was. But then you suddenly asked me to stop, and so I did, and before I knew it you fainted. Does all of that rings a bell now?” he asked with the sound of worry in his voice. “Please tell me that you remember that? And that you remember me?”
Charming really hoped that she would remember, cause he didn’t know what else he could do to make her remember again.

Red listened carefully to what Charming was telling her, and she tried to remember it all. "I think I remember..." Red told Charming. She was still uncertain about a few things, but slowly the bits and pieces were coming together in a puzzle. Red did remember the hairpin. That's what made her faint.
"I think it was the hairpin." She told Charming. Red remembered smelling it, and then her wolf nose was so overwhelmed with Snow's scent, that she became nauseous. Red placed her hands on her temples, thinking. "I think I do remember." Red said with a little more confidence this time.

“Did the hairpin made you faint?” the prince didn’t understand, how could a hairpin made someone faint. Charming was so relieved that she remembered everything. He didn’t know how he could have explained it even better when she still wouldn’t be remembering. A smile appeared on his face “I’m so glad you still remember who I am, or what happened. I was already looking for things to make you remember”
“Maybe we better wait to continue. I don’t want you to fall down from my horse while travelling. You better rest a bit, while I search for water. Okay?”

Red nodded her head when Charming asked if it was the hairpin that made her faint. "The scent was really overwhelming to my wolf nose," She said as she let out a suppressed laugh. "I know that seems silly to you, but sometimes if a scent is really empowering, then I have to take a step back or something." Red told him with a shrug.
"Honestly, I'm glad that I got my memory back. I think that I was remembering, but there was something in the way of me being able to fully remember." She said. "Does that make sense to you?" She asked Charming, hoping that it did. She didn't want to confuse him as well. "What other ways did you have in mind?" Red asked, raising an eyebrow. She nodded her head in agreement when Charming suggested that they should rest for a while before setting on their journey of finding Snow. "That sounds like a plan, and alright I'll wait here don't worry." She said with a smile.

“Well that’s a good sign right? That the smell was overwhelming? That means that Snow isn’t that far away from us anymore” sounding hopeful “oh sorry, I mean for you it isn’t really that good of course…” he said with a slight of guilt since that smell made her faint.
He frowned his eyebrows when she asked if it made sense to him “Erm… yeah… yes it makes sense, I think” he tried to understand what she was meaning but thought it was better to just say yes to it.
He laughed a bit when she asked him which other ways he had in mind “Actually to be honest I didn’t had other things that could help, so I’m really grateful you are remembering”
“Okay good, I’ll be right back” he walked through the forest in search for water and was glad that he found some. He filled the bottle again and walked back towards his travel companion. “There, all done, I found some water not far from here” he hold up the bottle to show Red that he actually found it.

Red nodded her head. She was happy that she was able to remember everything. Otherwise, she didn't know how this would've turned out. Charming would've had to find Snow without her and her wolf nose. When Charming handed her the bottle with the water, Red took it gratefully.
"Thank you," She said as she took a sip. She didn't realize how thirsty she was until she drank the water. Red handed the bottle back to Charming. "Here, you should drink some too." She told him. Red felt like she could handle herself now, and didn't need every single little thing handed to her.

“You’re welcome” he said with a smile “Is there something else you need before we continue our ride?” he asked with a concerned voice. He took the water bottle and drank from it himself. “Just let me know when you are ready to again, and then we are off” He took a seat next to Red. “Are there actually any other things that you can do now, now that you know that you are actually a wolf? I mean, like the smelling is apparently much better than humans, but things like hearing, is that better as well now?”
He just started talking about it to break the quiet moment.

"No I'm fine, but I think we should still continue to rest a little while longer." Red told Charming. Red was still sitting down on the boulder and she stretched out her legs. "Oh all of my senses are heightened. I can see better in the dark, I can detect even the smallest noise, and yes, my sense of smell is better than the average human." Red told Charming with a smile. She was glad now that she could change into a wolf basically on command. Her mother taught her that in the brief moment that she knew her.
