"Well your to kind, thank you ." Belle smiled sat up straighter in the old leather chair." Safe is good ,but i know that in the long run no where is ever really safe. " she leaned forward and wrapped her arms around her knees."So you have family here(she gave her a sad smile) i dont my father got taken in the curse." Belle looked down at the hard wood floors she could feel the tears burning her eyes. "Family is important,(she sighed and lightly shook her head.)that should always be a safe place."

Red watched as Belle began to cry, and she didn't know what to do or say. She remembered being angry at Granny, which is why she had tried leaving in the first place to find another job. But then she came back because she knew that Granny cared for her. Red bit her bottom lip, and then gave Belle a hug. That was all she could think of doing at the moment.
"But you're here now, and I'm sure you have other family here." Red said as she gave Belle a half smile as she let go. "You do have important others here, right?" Red said wanting to make sure that Belle wasn't completely alone.

Belle felt the hug Ruby gave her she clinged to her for a moment. "Thank you it means a lot to me. " she smile slightly and pushed back allowing her rest her back against the cushsion. "I do have someone....(she bit her lips) most people when I tell anyone about him they call him a monster ." Belle shook her head and wipped her eyes "He's not , just a bit misunderstood Rumpelstiltskin has always shown me such kindness and sweetness."

"Rumpelstiltskin." Red said, and she knew who he was. "Belle, back before the curse, I was a monster as well. A wolf." Red said, waiting for Belle's reaction. She was the wolf that everyone had feared during Wolf's Time. She was the wolf that had mutilated all of those bodies and killed the hunting parties. Red believed that she was far worse of a creature than Rumpelstiltskin at times. Although she didn't yield any magic, sometimes being half wolf was more dangerous. She learned to control it though, thanks to her mother. But she was still wary of it.

Mary Margaret was coming walking down the all with a Spiced Chi Tea Latte in her hand. Thinking about what she was going to do with her class today. She was dressed in a long black pin skirt and a white top that hand long flowing sleeves the hand from her wrists and a black high heals. She knew it was not what she use to wear in the past but she had changed and she wanted to have a new look. She was just getting ready to walk into her class room when she read a crash and someone say no no no and then if they had any luck it was bad luck.
Mary Margaret saw the books fall to the ground and ran over to help. "Belle let me help you." She said as she bent down to help Belle pick up the books. She knew Belle from Storybrooke Library. She knew Belle had not been there long but they had met a couple of times when Mary Margaret had went in to get some books and had talked a for a while the last time Mary had been there. "Are you alright you look a little flustered?" Mary Margaret asked as she sat down her Spiced Chi Tea and started to help Belle pick up and place the books back on the cart.
(I hope what I wrote about them knowing each other was alright if not I can redo it just let me know.) |

Mary Margaret had the day off from work and she needed something to do. She had gotten up early and went for a walk and found her self at Granny's Diner. She decided to go in and see if she could get a spied chi tea and something to eat for breakfast. She walked in and saw Ruby sitting at the counter and smiled. She liked Ruby. Ruby made Mary Margaret relax and have fun. Like the night they had their girls night and she had gotten drunk. She had a lot of fun with Ruby and liked Ruby a lot. She smiled as she walked in. "Good morning Ruby." She said as she walked over to the counter and sat down right across from Ruby thinking she might get to spend some time with her friend.

When Ruby saw Mary Margaret walk in, a smile spread across her face. She liked Mary Margaret, and viewed her as a friend even though they never really talked outside of the diner. Ruby propped her elbows up on the counter, leaning towards the edge of the surface.
"So. Want anything for breakfast?" Ruby asked, a big goofy grin on her face as she asked.

Belle sat there and gave the tall brunette a large smile." Your not a monster there's good in you , trust me on this i can ." She lightly patted Ruby hand. "And again thank it just when i mention him people seem to ...look at me like im crazy or hexed." Belle giggled and covered her mouth a little. She knew the pain he had caused but she could still see the good left in him."How did you become a wolf?"

Belle looked to see Mary Margart come walking up to the her."yeah I'm ok but just about to take this chart out back and show it who the boss is." She laughed and bent down and rested on her knees and began to pickup all the fallen books."thanks Mary it would be nice to have some help." Belle leaned forward and gave Mary a small frown "aren't you going to be late for your class?she perked her eyebrows up"i dont want you to get in trouble because of me."

Red became bashful and shifted her gaze to the ground at her boots when Belle told her she wasn't a monster. Even with Belle's kind words, Red was still a wolf. Red tried to think of the best way to tell Belle her story.
"I've always been part wolf, and I still am." Red said as she ran her hand through her long hair and sighed. She got up to turn off the radio, which had been quietly playing in the background and she wanted to tell Belle her story in quiet. Red sat back down in her chair, and leaned forward towards Belle. "After my mother died, my Grandmother took me in. You know her as Granny." Red said with a small chuckle. "I was young then, and I didn't know I had wolf blood in me, until I turned thirteen when Granny gave me my red hood. She said that the color red would ward off the wolfs when really, it kept me from turning." Red said as she looked up at Belle. "She kept it a secret from me. She was protecting me I guess. It wasn't until one night during Wolf's Time when I realized I was the wolf." Red said, looking down again. "After I killed my own boyfriend." Red said, not wanting to say anything else.
