THERE ARE NO COINCIDENCES. EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS, HAPPENS BY DESIGN Ever since this man, Sariel as he called himself, had come to town. Neal had noticed that Lily had become a lot different. He knew that Lily had been lying to him, and, from what he'd noticed had been sneaking around with this man instead of with him. Neal wasn't exactly un-trusting of Lily, but, based on his past when it came to Tamara, he wasn't quite sure what to believe. And his past with Lily, he was just worried that he was going to be left again, either that or hurt by someone he loved or cared about. He'd asked for answers from Lily once, but, she wouldn't really give him any, so, he decided to just go straight to the other man. From what he'd heard around town Sariel was obsessed with Zelena, so he decided to go and start at the farmhouse of hers here. Neal remembered that well, even if it was just a short time with him and his father being trapped there while in this town. Neal didn't know what to expect from this man, but, if he was attempting to use Lily's dark side to his advantage then it wouldn't be ok with him. And he'd grown up and dealt with that for too long before. Reaching the farmhouse, Neal spotted Sariel there, stopping just before him and looking at him. "I was told I could find you out here." Neal said with a small smile.

Sariel wanted to get away from everything going on with the town, after all it had been an eventful 24 hours. He thought he would find that peace at Zelena's old farm house. It seemed like that would be the case at first until he heard the door open. Sariel turned his head slightly to see who had just walked in. To his surprise it was Neal Cassidy, the dark one's son. He wondered what he owed the pleasure he assumed it wasn't because of the meeting he had with his father. It really could be only one thing that would bring him here, well one person, Lily. "Well, now this is a surprise." Sariel still hadn't turned around to face Neal but continued to talk to him. His spoke calmly as if he was talking to an old friend. "I thought you were Lily but she won't be here till later." Sariel slowly turned around smiling at the man who was standing in Zelena's house uninvited. "So how can I help you?"

THERE ARE NO COINCIDENCES. EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS, HAPPENS BY DESIGN Neal glanced at this man Sariel, there was something about him that he didn't really like. And it wasn't just because he was tempting Lily with the darkness she had told him was inside her. All he'd wanted was some peace and nothing risking his happiness again. But, from the looks of it, this may not be possible. Keeping his hands in his pockets, Neal looked around the house of the witch that had caused his death. The truth was, he on some level did want to ask him about his father, but, Neal was more concerned about Lily at this point. “Is it really a surprise?” Neal asked, recognising that tone in his voice. The words about Lily had started to strike a nerve, but, he kept his cool about it for this point in time. “Don't you tell me what Lily's doing? That's my job” Neal wasn't going to let Sariel hold it over him, but, he wasn't going to freak out on him this time around. Returning the man's smile as he turned around, Neal stepped forward slightly with his hands still in his pockets. “I came here to talk to you about Lily.”

"Of course you have." Sariel knew at some point Neal would come around, it was a small town after all. Sariel had learned to expect the unexpected when it came to these people. Sariel put out his hand and offered a chair for Neal to sit down. "Please sit take a load off." Sariel was going to play nice after all this was the son of the dark one, a man Sariel had to keep happy. Still he found it interesting Neal came looking for him, it did show he cared for the young dragon. "So what have you come to talk about?" Sariel smiled and snapped his finger, causing food and drinks to appeared on the table in the middle of them. Sariel took a grape and then took his seat across from the man.

\ THERE ARE NO COINCIDENCES. EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS, HAPPENS BY DESIGN Glancing at Sariel, Neal kept his arms folded in front of him. He was here for one reason, and, one reason only. Neal knew that one thing with him was to expect the unexpected, it was what he'd grown up with his whole life. Following the man's gesture with his eyes as he pointed towards a chair next to him. “Um, thanks.” Neal was surprised by the man's kindness towards him. Of course it could've been because he was the son of the Dark One. But, he didn't really feel like questioning it. He was here because he cared about, and, was worried about Lily. Wanting to make sure she wasn't getting into too much trouble. Neal took a seat and looked up at Sariel, “I told you, I want to talk about Lily. You've been spending a lot of time with her, and, I want to know why.” Neal said, being direct as he could be, as he sighed softly and took some of the food off of the table.

Sariel watched the young man take a some food off the table, with a grin on his face. "Yes, me and her seem to keep running into each other lately it seems." Leaning over Sariel poured some wine for himself and Neal. He slid the cup over to his side of the table and took his in his hand. Slowly bring it up to lips he took a sip of his drink. It was one of his better Oz wines from his personal collection. "As far as why I'm shocked that she hasn't talked to you about it already." A simple grin appeared on his face as he watched Neal. "If I remember correctly you two are dating so I would have assumed she would go to about almost anything." Sariel did feel somewhat bad for Neal Cassidy he seemed like a nice guy who just couldn't get away from darkness. "Are you sure you want to know?" Sariel was going to give him one last chance to run from the truth but deep down he knew Neal would leave. After all he came for answers one way or another.

THERE ARE NO COINCIDENCES. EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS, HAPPENS BY DESIGN Placing the food in his mouth, Neal sighed softly “You just happen to be running into each other?” Neal asked, knowing that it was possible around this town. Neal watched him pour two glasses of the wine, and, placed one in front of him. Neal wasn't much of a drinker, so he left it sitting in front of him for now. “No, she hasn't told me” Neal said looking at Sariel. “Well, I assumed. You had something to do with that.” Neal was stupid to think that he could, for once get completely away from the darkness. But, no first it was his father, and, now it seemed to be Lily as well. “Honestly, no. But, I know that I need to.” Neal said, as he leant backwards against the chair.

Sariel sighed but waved his hand to give the man what he wanted. A simple orb appeared before Neal Cassidy at first there was nothing in it but soon images began to appear. It was from earlier in the day when they both attacked the hospital but it was cut differently to make Lily seem worse. "She has been helping me because she wants revenge." Sariel took another sip of his wine he didn't have to look at the orb to know what it was showing this poor man. "She has a strong hatred for the Charmings, I can't blame her to be honest." Sariel put his glass down and leaned toward Neal. He looked at him for a second before asking his question. "Tell me why is it that you can't escape the darkness?" Sariel got up from where he was sitting and walked toward the window. "You seem like an okay guy. If you want I can always send you some where else." Sariel laughed a little at the thought.

THERE ARE NO COINCIDENCES. EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS, HAPPENS BY DESIGN Neal moved backwards in surprise as the orb dropped in front of him. He didn't know what this was for, but, he realised he didn't need to ask when something appeared on it. This was the exact same kind of thing that his papa had had in his castle. His eyebrows raised as he saw her and Sariel in the hospital, not believing what he was seeing. Neal was only half hearing Sariel, not wanting to see what was in front of him, but, knowing there wasn't really an escape from it. “Yeah, she told me about her hatred for the Charmings. I get having so much hatred for someone though.” Neal said, knowing that it had been mainly his papa and Hook when he was growing up. Neal looked up at Sariel as he asked his question about the darkness “I really don't know why I can't. Maybe my life's just destined to be that way.” Neal admitted out loud, before leaning back and sighing softly. “I do, how can you tell that. You just met me?” Neal asked, before pausing and thinking about the second part of what he'd said. “You mean away from all of this stuff.”

Sariel was a little surprised that Neal would even consider the option of going to another realm. "Of course, that's what I do, it's what I live for. To help unfortunate souls like yourself. Poor souls with no one else to turn to." Sariel smiled as he moved back toward Neal Cassidy to talk about more personal things. He noticed the orb was still showing images not wanting to let Neal see anymore he waved his hand. The orb disappeared from the room as Sariel sat back down. "Revenge is a powerful emotion which sadly leads to what you just saw." The funny thing was Sariel saw Neal as someone that was just caught up in all this good vs evil nonsense and felt somewhat bad about it. "Sadly when your father is the dark one its hard to escape the darkness." Leaning back in his chair Sariel became more comfortable. Not wanting to be rude and not answer his guest's question from earlier, Sariel gave a simple to the point answer."I have traveled realms and I have learned to quickly pick up on things about a person."
