This was the promise land? At least in the Enchanted Forest she magic here nothing . The only thing that was saving her ass from being on the streets was her vast knowledge of the one thing she had loved. The ocean and the creatures in it, the humans were what the goddess despised. Yet here she was in NYC aquarium the one place she found peace. Eyes followed the jelly fish rolling across the thick glass Ursula couldn't help the smile pressing a hand against the cool glass. Missing the sensation on being under water . Glancing about all the chatter all over place was distracting she wanted them to all disappear. Noticing a guy off by himself , arching a brow thinking it was odd that he was alone. Turning back to the jelly fish beautiful aren't they? It shame to lock away in this she spoke out loud hoping the guy would hear. Neal Cassidy

Neal had been in New York for a little over a year now and he had to admit, it was still weird having been in a place for this long without something getting in the way or forcing him away from it. This place could maybe even become home permanently for him and his new girlfriend Tamara.
Neal awoke as normal, with Tamara already gone off for work and just him in his apartment. He had a few job interviews lined up, but, he didn't expect much to come from them since they always went so well. Neal, however, had about an hour to kill and he decided to take a walk around New York before going to it.
After getting himself dressed, he made his way downstairs and, instead of hopping in a cab straight away, he decided to take a walk along the pavement and enjoying the sunshine in this city. Keeping his hands in his pockets, he saw many people wandering around the streets, in the normal morning rush of New York.
Looking up at the sky, he saw and felt it starting to rain. Neal quickly placed his hood over his head and rushed into the nearest building he could find before it started raining too hard. Lowering his hood, he gently wiped off the raindrops from his jacket and saw which building he had run into. He noticed it was the local aquarium.
Stopping outside one of the tanks, he leant himself forward and looked inside it. Creatures like these weren't something he had back in the Enchanted Forest, and they were different to the creatures back in Neverland, they seemed more peaceful here.
Neal continued to admire them inside. They were all so beautiful, and he knew that these were definitely less harmless then Neverland sea folk. Hearing a voice beside him, he turned to face whoever it was and nodded “Yeah, they're beautiful. It does seem a shame to lock them away. It's like we're trapping them in cages.” outfit: Blue and white polo shirt and jeans with a black jacket and sneakers ~ tagged:@ursula ~ By Rach @ Delusional

Turning she stared at the man for what seemed like ages had he really just said that? Eyes wandered over his frame how odd a human that cared. It was almost comical here the humans catering yet they poison and murder their oceans. Shaking her head thinking this was the funniest point of her day. Most just oo and awwed over the brightly colored fish.
Yes its a shame to see them caged up. stepping closer she would pretend to care what this mortal thought. but aren't you just as bad as the captures? I mean you did pay to get in here correct? he could act as if cared then he should see how ridiculous that sounded. Sighing if she hadn't needed a job so badly then she would have stay away from this cursed place. is this your first time here I haven't seen you here before. relaxing her posture wanting to seem less aggressive .

Neal noticed that the young woman was looking at him as he said this comment about trapping the fish in cages. He knew all about being trapped in cages, in both a metaphorical and almost physical sense. When he was still with his father back in the Forest, he had been trapped inside their cottage since his papa was worried he'd run off and not return. This had become his cage, and he had longed to be free.
"It really is." Neal said. At the woman's words, he smiled and looked around before turning back to face her "Not unless that door there is the entrance. I only came in to get out of the rain that had started" Neal pointed to the door behind him to imply that he hadn't paid to get in here. He would never really pay to see animals or anything trapped in cages or tanks. "Yeah, I haven't really been here before. I haven't seen you around either." Neal said, as he placed his hands in his jacket pockets and looked at the woman. outfit: Blue and white polo shirt and jeans with a black jacket and sneakers ~ tagged: @ursula ~ By Rach @ Delusional

Ursula could go get a guard grab one of them and have them escort the thief out . you know I should have a security come get you right. she wouldn't but she should moving closer toward the stranger.
he had only came here because its raining not because he enjoyed the ocean but so he wouldn't get wet. shaking her head almost disgust in a way. you wont appreciate anything here then I take it just lookie lou like all the others. you wont take anything way from this how sad

Neal knew that this probably wasn't the right thing to say, but, hey, that hadn't stopped him before. Seeing the way the woman changed her pose, he looked at her, knowing that she was trying to make it clear that she was a worker here. “I didn't think so” Neal said, glancing back at the door, before turning back to the woman. He was expecting her to find a guard and kick him out, wouldn't be the first time actually. “Oh I know, but, the fact that you haven't yet, makes me think that you won't.” Neal said, smiling softly.
At her words, he glanced in at the fish and then back to the young woman “Oh I wouldn't say that. My interest in these creatures go further then most of the as you called it 'lookie lous', I've got an interesting history with sea life. I'd get a lot more out of it then you might think.” Neal said, as he glanced back to the tanks and then pressed his hand on the glass glancing into them. outfit: Blue and white polo shirt and jeans with a black jacket and sneakers ~ tagged:@ursula ~ By Rach @ Delusional

his smirk made Ursula return the grin of course she wont now the man had her curious about what he meant. not being a lookie lou but had actual history with the sea. your what twelve how in the world do you have a history with the sea? shaking her head humans were such liars. but I am interested to hear this tale you are about to weave story teller. stepping forward no way was he a sailor . those types of men died long ago in this world now its just men in iron ships. no love of the sea they poison the ocean , rape the waters for fish , minerals and anything precious . The this human would have to tell a wondrous story for her not to go get a security .

Neal kept his glance on the young woman, waiting to see her reaction to his comment about his history with the sea. He wasn't lying, he had been a pirate on the seas of Neverland, and then those 200 years of Neverland had added to his history, especially mermaids, both evil and kind, mostly evil. “Excuse me, I'll have you know I am not twelve. I'm a lot older then that. Trust me, I do have a history though.” Neal said, knowing that if he went into the full extent, she may think he was crazy. “Well, it is a story, but, I won't be making up one single word of it.” Neal knew that she may not believe a word, but, he was no liar. Yes, this woman may not believe it, but, it would be true. Besides he still had the vial of squid ink that Ariel gave him all those years ago, he never really had to use it. Neal wasn't one to use magic to immortalise an enemy, unless it was absolutely necessary. Neal continued to stare at the woman before raising his eyebrows and smiling softly at her. “So, sit down and I'll tell you my tale. No one else here really has to know.” outfit: Blue and white polo shirt and jeans with a black jacket and sneakers ~ tagged:@ursula ~ By Rach @ Delusional

sighing crossing her arms once more Ursula made her way to a bench out of the way of the crowds. She found it odd that this guy was so determined to prove her wrong. Why should her opinion matter about him. sitting down crossing her legs at the knee it was times like this she was happy to only have the four limbs not eight. so tell me Odysseus what tale are you to weave today ? im hoping for a good rocky voyage but one can never get truly what they want can they? that was a lesson she knew all to well , all she wanted was to sing . use her talent to make people happy but what she got was two bitter men who stole her gift away. taking a deep breath she still had so much disdain for both her father and that no good pirate. pushing that pain back far in the depth of minds. No use in reopening that wound. so im all ears patting the spot next to her on the bench. Neal Cassidy

Neal didn't really understand why he was bothering to explain, he had always been the kind of person that had never cared what people thought, let alone who needed approval. He'd gone without it for so long. But, deep down he knew that he may be escorted out of here by security if he didn't say something about it. “I'm going to tell my tale. Well, part of it. Believe me, there's definitely rocky parts to it, but, yeah, we can't always get what we want”
Sighing sadly as he said these words, these was more true to him then anyone may know. All those years ago, all he had wanted was his father, or a family of any kind. Instead, he'd gotten a life alone since his papa hadn't wanted him and Hook had only been using him. His hatred for Hook and his anger towards his father was still there inside him, and he knew it wasn't going to go away anytime soon. He sat down opposite the young woman, and let out a soft sigh. “Well, my history with the sea goes a long way back. I was once aboard a ship called the Jolly Roger, but, the pirate was only using me and then handed me over to this group of people working for a very evil man, and then I was on a different and isolated island, and dealt with so many sea creatures, mainly evil mermaids. Well, all except one. She was kind, and actually gave me something that could immobilise anyone for a short amount of time.” Neal said, before taking a hold of the vial around his neck and running it through his fingers. outfit: Blue and white polo shirt and jeans with a black jacket and sneakers ~ tagged:@ursula ~ By Rach @ Delusional
