After curse is broken and Hello Brother thread
"That s.o.b. I will make him pay ." James mumble as he shoved his hands into his jacket pockets. The sun was shinning it was a beautiful day but the only thing he wanted was for everyone who ever hurt him to suffer.
He kept his head and didn't make eye contact with anyone, he heard some one yell "David" great another one to think I'm him perfect ."I'm sorry...(when his head snapped up and saw a very beautiful woman standing there and smile broke out across his face. Well look who broke a way from Snow, he thought.) Hey."

Red had been on break from her shift at Granny's Diner, and had decided to get a bit of fresh air. Red walked along Main Street, while she sort of "window shopped" around town. Red was headed back to the diner after a while, but stopped when she thought she saw someone she recognized.
"David?" She asked, not really able to see him that well from where she was standing. Red was confused as to why David would be out and about at this time, since he was working too. Red let the thought slip from her mind, as she walked closer to David was. She hoped that Granny wouldn't mind her being the slightest bit late.

James decided he would have some fun at his brother expense. "Hey there beautiful what are you up to today?" He winked along with giving her his most charming smile. "It's must be a crime here to let such a lovely creature as yourself wonder about with out an escort.James held his arm out "My lady, let walk you to your location." The woman looked at him with bewilderment , he arched a eyebrow at the woman. "I'm sorry did I say something to offend you?"
It was still early and no one else was out on the streets , perhaps this young lady could see through his wanna be "Charming"ruse . "Okay I guess the noble thing it's your cup of tea." He reach for her hand and brought it up to his lips. "Let me introduce myself,(he brushed his mouth over her knuckles before letting her hand go.) I'm Prince James and you are ?"

When David came up to her and started to sweet talk to her, Red frowned. This wasn't David. He had Snow, so why would he bother flirting with her? But Red played along, thinking that maybe this man who looked like David would tell her who he really is. Red blushed when her kissed her hand, and let out a girlish giggle but stopped herself immediately.
"James," Red said as she crossed her arms in front of her chest. Then it hit her. "You're David's twin brother, aren't you?" Red said as she looked up at James. It was clear to her now that he wasn't David. "Everyone calls me Red." She said nonchalantly. She wondered how James was in Storybrooke. Wasn't he killed or something before the curse happened?

James sneered "David is not my brother." He said coldly the fact of the matter to him all his "Brother" was annoyance. The prince let his gaze wander over the woman."Now why would everyone call such a lovely creature as your self Red. I can think of so many wonderful words to describe yourself, my lady." He playfully spoke to Red.
A car honked as it drove by , James rolled his eyes his "brother" was so loved in this tiny little town. "Does everyone here adore David is there not just one blasted person who hates him?" The blond was over this place already and hasn't even been out a damn day yet. Truth be told he missed his world this place only reminds him there nothing here for the prince .

Red rolled her eyes as James continued to sweet talk to her.
"Back in the Enchanted Forest, I was called Red because of the red hood I always wore, to keep me from changing into a wolf." Red said as she watched the car roll by. She wanted to know what James was trying to accomplish here. "So, after all of this time, you just show up out of nowhere?" Red asked, curious. It was strange to realize that she's never seen him before, ever.

James smirked at Ruby's eye , challenge accepted he thought. "Well...I'm not really new to town been here the entire time." He sighed placing his hands on his hips "Regina locked me away in the mental ward, a gentleman named
Jefferson released me from my cell." He was watching her reaction to try to gauge whether or not to tell the entire story of the curse or not , bit at this moment he merely shrugged the idea off.
"Is my father here ? I must speak to him at once." James said flat without feeling he really didn't know if he punch or hug his father right this second, he had buried him in an unmarked grave and choose David to be his son. The thought that damn Shepard could ever replace him was almost laughable .

Red's mouth formed a small "oh", when James told her that he was in the mental ward, the same one that her friend Belle was in during the curse. She couldn't even imagine what that must have been like for her, to be locked up away from everything she knew.
"I didn't know you were held in the mental ward," Red said. "I guess Regina put a lot of people in there if she didn't know what to do with them," Red said as she bit her bottom lip. But Regina knew what she was doing with Belle. She had wanted Belle to be kept away from Rumpelstiltskin, because she knew that Belle loved him and that she was his weakness. Why would she have locked James away? Red thought as she stared off into the distance, completely ignoring Jame's question. "Oh, I don't know where your father is," Red said which was true. After his father tried to frame her for murder, he never really showed his face again.

"How many of us escaped from the ward?" James shaking his head , the reason why he was locked up was also the reason why he was cursed. Regina hated to loose no matter what the stakes, whether it be her kingdom or lover. Lost in thought over his ex and all the pain that witch had caused him.
"Thanks anyway, do you have any idea where I might find him?" The Prince watched Ruby intently looking at her reaction "Penny for your thoughts, you had a far off look in your eyes." This was the first time in a while someone sparked an interest in him. Most of the time he could give to flips , but maybe it's was because he been locked up for so long with out human contact, or a woman's.

"I only know one other, my friend Belle." Red said as she shifted her gaze to the ground, and kicked a stone with her boot. Red remembered the time when she first turned into a wolf during her first Wolf's Time since the curse broke, and she locked Belle up in the library. She only did that to protect her from herself, and she didn't want Belle getting hurt because she was the wolf. But it was a terrible reminder for Belle of the time that she was locked up in the mental ward, and Red felt horrible after for doing that to Belle.
"You could try the Town Hall, since he's a lawyer here," Red informed James. A really bad lawyer, Red thought to herself. Red sighed as she pulled her jacket tighter around herself.
