HISTORY,
Anastasia was once a carefree royal princess alongside both of her parents, and, her grandmother. When a man named Rasputin arrived and suddenly declared war on her family, Anastasia ran as quickly as she could to escape to the train station, successfully getting out after a kitchen boy Dimitri opened a secret door, and, also after escaping Rasputin's grip as he tried to stop her from leaving. Reaching the train station that was the last time she ever saw any of her family.
I changed the story after this point
She is now living in an orphanage in America, under the name Anya. Anya has no knowledge about her past as Princess Anastasia or her family. Anya had grown up as an orphan, with only her friend, a dog who she named Pooka.
Anya was soon met by someone who was claiming she was some lost princess by the name of Anastasia, but, she found it hard to believe.
When she goes to walk away, Anya is given a photo album told to take a look at them if she wanted to know more about her past.
Anya kept a hold of it, and, later on she began to look through it. Looking at the pictures, Anya saw small flashes in her head of memories she doesn't remember having.
Anya soon noticing a map on the ground with another piece of paper attached to it that read 'If you want answers, follow where this map leads'. Lifting up the paper, she saw a map of Maine, a place not too far from where she was.
Soon she arrived at a town that had the sign Storybrooke in front of it, and, once she crossed that town-line a different sense of something came over her. Anya just wasn't sure what it was right now. But, if the paper was right, this town would give her answers. She just had to find out how.
