Thread for Annabelle Hope Evansset after jini wanted to cross the townline Jini had not slept last night. She had been twisting and turning. She was pulling herself out of bed and decided that she would go out to the park to get her head clar out in the open air. She loved to be there and just be herself. As she walked out the door she saw the town get ready for the day. Lights on the street were still on as it was still dark outside as she made her way over to the park. There she was. Leaning against the tree close to the water she stared into the depts of the water. She thought over what happened the past few days and felt lucky that David had pulled her away from the town line. Now she had time to think things over and make a new start if she wanted. She wasn't really alone, but it just felt like it as not many people came by her side. Lost in thoughts she didn't have any notice of her serroundings and people passing by to get to their work. Not even if they stomped around angry because of a fight with their husband or wife. Jini was always a more person to be on herself, but she couldnt be alone forever.... |

Annabelle had found her mind restless and rather woke to stretch her limbs on a good morning jog, like she did most days only this time she avoided the woods after her run in with Ares and made for the park. It was the only other place she felt free and at home with no worries or threats. Music blared in her ears urging her to push herself and in the act she never even noticed she wasn't alone and crashed hard into another person. She rolled over on the wet cool grass to look at the stranger and noticed a young woman light hair and soft features. Annabelle didn't know her.
She took a deep breath and pushed herself to her feet before holding out a hand to help up the stranger with an apologetic smile "I'm sorry" she said softly "I wasn't paying attention" and hoisted the girl to her feet gently. She wiped at the dirt crusting her legs but when she did nothing but smear the mud with a frown she gave up and took a seat on the bench thoroughly tired from exercising, she lifted her head with a soft smile to look at the stranger.
"What's got you out here so early?" she asked politely and leaned back against the backrest.

Staring into the water she didn't see a woman jog right towards her and before she knew her butt hit the ground and she was snapped back into reality. Back into the world that hurt so bad these days. That wasn't going to change. She looked up at the woman who had rolled her way back up to standing after the fall they both made. She took her hand and pulled herself up to a standing place. "It's fine I wasn't paying attention eighter."She said with a polite smile. She didn't know what exactly happened to make the girl run into her since she was leaning against the tree.
She took a deep breath and looked at the woman. Time to get back into reality and answer people that were nice towards her. It was time she was going to take back her life and everyone in it. There was no way that David was letting her pass the line....
"Couldn't really sleep last night So i thought to take a walk. Get some fresh air into my lungs. Besides all of that its so nice and quiet here so I could think things out." She send the woman a quick smile before looking at the water again. "What about you?" She said after some silence. "You were jogging? Haven't done that in a while. You give me idea's." She said with a smirk on her face.

Annabelle completely understood her reasoning for being out here,where there's peace and quiet to get lost in. Ever since the curse broke one thing after another happened, like a very dangerous chain reaction and the feeling of content didn't always last too long. She bent down, picked up a smooth oval rock and tossed it over the entrancing surface of the water with an amused grin.
"Makes sense" She held a subtle thumbs up before looking towards her feet "It's my way of thinking, usually I'd jog in the woods but things happened" her grin fell but she quickly picked it up again "the woods just aren't as safe as they used to be" she glanced over her shoulder at the dense network of trees "you should pick it up again then. Glad I could be of service" her slender fingers saluted the woman with a smirk.
"I didn't even catch your name" she hinted obviously, the woman seemed nice enough and if they ever ran into one another again a first name basis would be preferable.

Jini looked down at the spot at the floor. She felt numb. Whatever had happened over the past few weeks it had been hard on her. It made her life heavier. More things to think about every time she was back into reality.
"What happened in the woods?" She asked with a frown on her face looking up at the woman who was around her. "I should pick it up again. Something just has to keep me from thinking to much, maybe it's that." Smiles at the woman saluting. "Care for coffee? My name is Jini? What's urs?" She asked the woman, as she set a small foot to the Diner for coffee.

"family drama" Annabelle felt no need to drag anyone else into her problems, enough people were in danger as is and adding another innocent life wasn't fair. She smiled lightly at the woman facing her.
"Tell you what, if you feel like picking it up again you're welcome to join me" she held out her hand in gesture to the stranger "My name's Annabelle and I'd love coffee" she chuckled feeling the tiredness she'd tried so hard to escape weigh heavily on her shoulders. She fell into step next to the woman in the direction of what seemed to be the diner, she couldn't complain the place had great coffee and great food.
"Hey" she called for Jini's attention softly "you seem tense, what's bothering?" she left it at that not wanting to push anyone to talk if they didn't feel like they wanted to. Instead she patiently followed after jini towards the diner craving for a good breakfast.

"Ah, I see. Who doesn't have them."Seeing the woman distant she knew that she wasn't very comfortable talking about it. She smiled back lightly.
"That is very nice of you. I will consider that and let you know after coffee." She smiled and shaked her hand "My name is Jini James, Owner of James Bakery" Hoping the woman heard of her small bakery. They walked over to the diner and she pushed herself through the door, sitting at one of the tables in there.
She looked up when Annabell asked for her attention. "Yeah... I'm considering things. Two days ago I almost crossed the town line. But my half-brother stoped me just in time." She sighed. "I had no clue what could be happening if I was going to cross it."
The waiter came up and asked for their order. "Can I have a Latte and scrambled eggs." She smiled soflty and then looked over to Annabelle. "You want something to eat too ?"

"I've heard good things about the bakery"she complimented quickly walking over to her business. The whole interior felt warm and welcoming as she gently sat down in one of the chairs opposite jini with a small smile on her lips. The rumors about her attempts to cross the town line had been whispering all day but she paid no attention to words of thosewho themselves were not present but held the rumors for herself. Obviously the woman had a lot on her mind and she didn't need to delve any deeper into her mind than she felt comfortable with.
"At least your brother cared enough to stop you" she watched the waiter approach smiling at the new face before turning to mini with an open palm "just a coffee" but the waiter was already scribbling the order on a small notebook "thanks."
"How you doing now? You know after the town line and all that" she asked sympathetically leaning back into thecomfortabl backrest of the chair.
