Rumple watched Neal curiously . Neither one of them really discussed the man's time here on Neverland. It wasn't that Rumple wasn't curious it was just well to hear it would only cause more unnecessary pain.
do my thing ? What pretell is that ? the dark one knew but he was trying to joke with Bae. Good for son being so ingenious about getting what he needed.
The ink would stop his father long enough to for them to collect everyone and get out of this god foresaken land.

Neal Cassidy  | Neal knew parts of this island that no-one else here would. He had dealt with sea creatures like this before, he'd never been able to get the ink out of it, but, the sea creatures of this island had helped him a lot when it came to fending off the lost boys. He and his papa hadn't talked about his life on this island, which had been by choice, Neal didn't want to focus on that. It was a past that only brought pain.
“I think you know exactly what your thing is. You know getting the ink out of the bad boy here.” Neal knew that his papa was trying to joke around, but, there was no time for that. And they didn't have that kind of relationship anymore.
This ink would stop Pan, long enough to get Henry out of the camp. And safely into his arms once again, not putting him down, until he found Emma and the rest of them, and, they all ended up off of this island. |

Sighing pinching at his brow bone, finger tips grazed over the still some what wet mud on his cheek. Rumple was trying every which to connect with Neal but each attempt was met with discontentment. yes I think I do know what you mean son
Dropping his hand away maneuvering passed Neal heading toward the shore line. Balling his hand in to a fist creating a spear with a jagged arrow head. Once the squid would appear Rumple would kill the beast and then they could gather the ink.
I will need your need your help pulling the squid in . if I use my magic to so not only will it alert Pan but the ink would be lost to us as well[/b] The sea creature would eject its ink as soon as dark magic touched it s slimed covered flesh.

Neal Cassidy | Neal and his father had lost the ability to connect a long time ago, when he abandoned him over that portal. He didn't get to choose now, when they needed to focus on saving Henry to try. “Good. Because we have work to do.”
Neal watched as his father made his way towards the shore-line after he'd called the squid through the shell, like he'd done on this island so many times all those years ago. Neal saw his papa magically make a spear with his hand, and, he kept his gaze out to the sea to watch the squid rise to the surface and make his way towards them.
“Of course I can do that papa. Whatever it takes to save Henry and get him away from Pan.” Neal knew that Pan could sense when-ever anything happened on this island, so, he knew that they had to be careful. Turning back, he saw the squid surface. “Hey there Bubbles. It's been a long time.” |

Spear went flying as soon as bubbles appear. The arrowhead implanted into the squid head. Killing the beast . magically creating a rope to the end of the weapon . picking up the line beginning to yank the rope in, slowly the squid rolled in closer to he beach linb] get your knife out Bae, once it's close enough get the ink sack out so we may complete the mission.[/b] tying the rope off at the giant boulders by the water line . pinning the dead squid close to them.
Rumple knelt in the sand not wanting to be a larger target then he was already. Neal would have to hurry if they wanted this task to be completed and Henry freed. The only thoughts that entered the dark ones mind at the moment was one long ago fishing trip with Baelfire . smiling sadly Rumple lifted a hand full of sand letting fall through his fingers...

Neal Cassidy | Neal watched as that old friend of his from this island came ashore. He squinted and cowered under his arm, as the arrow head killed Bubbles. Neal watched as his papa tied a rope around him, and, began to pull him in. At his papa talking to him, Neal nodded “Yeah, I'm on it papa.” Neal said, kneeling down and pulling his knife out of his belt. “That I can do papa.” Neal looked around, before watching the squid be tied up.
Holding the knife and sack in his hand, Neal kept it in his hands, but, moved closer to his papa. The sooner they got this done, the sooner they could get Henry out of here. And, then find all of them, and, they would all be safe. Neal glanced between his papa and Bubbles, as he thought of how to do this, but, knew that he should give it to an expert. “Here papa. I feel you're better then me at this stuff.” |

Making quick time with slicing the squid open collecting the ink . Rumple placed the magical liquid in the calfskin water bag that was at his side. Brushing passed his son needing to finish grabbing the supplies for the grab . the dark one didn't look back he knew Neal would follow , the man had to they would only get Henry back with each other help.
Was Neal still hating him it seem to look that unfortunately for Rumple. He would bit his tongue pushing Bae wasn't helping and in the long run it was giving a headache from the non stop bickering they were doing. Right now getting his grandson was the most important thing.
get your cross bow Bae I'm going to put it on the arrow I have a plan. simple throwing a sleeping spell bomb into the camp making the lost boys pass out. Making Pan the last one out and with the arrow covered in squid ink easily taken care of. Just had to get Neal agree with it.

Neal watched his father slice open the squid, and, it brought back flashbacks of his childhood here. Having to slice creatures apart in order to survive. He had been here doing what he had to do in order to survive. Feeling his papa push past him, Neal just kept an eye on what he was doing. Neal followed him to make sure that everything was going well. Neal knew that he needed his papa's help to get Henry back.
The only reason he was sticking around his papa right now, was because his papa knew how to get people back, and, also because he couldn't find anyone else just yet. Neal was feeling pushed by his father as he tried to get him to bond with him. It had been a few centuries, and, it wouldn't be that easy. Right now, Henry was the most important thing to worry about.
“Um, ok papa.” Neal said, before stepping back, and, picking up his cross-bow. Just holding it in his hands brought back visions of his 14 year old self. Neal shook that thought out of his head and went back to where his papa was standing. “So, what's your plan?” Neal asked, holding out the cross-bow for his papa. The plan at least to Rumple was simple he explained to Bae as covered the arrow with the squid ink. About how they would sleeping curse the lost boys and freeze Pan. This would make the moving of Henry rather quick and easy. Plus meant that his father couldn't say a word to Bae and of Rumpelstiltskin own parentage. "do you think you could handle the shooting of Peter and not actually killing him?" yes he knew it was Baelfire so he should be able to relax about the subject matter.
But once your a parent a new side of you can creep in a side you never truly knew existed. A darker side one that could be capable of anything to protect your child. Standing there searching for answer in the man's expression. Rumple is prime example of this he took the darkness in to protect Bae from going to war. He helped arranged a curse to drag a whole realm to another for Bae when your a parent the choicest one makes has the potential to be either a great help or henderance .
Once the ink was coated over the arrow , Rumple quickly used magic to place the arrow into the cross bows chamber . knowing if one of them touched the Enchanted weapon now all would be lost.

Neal listened as his papa explained what the plan was to get Henry back. Use a sleeping curse on the lost boys, and, then the squid ink on Pan. Neal knew all about getting around Pan, he'd done it quite a few times when he was living here. But, now he was able to get his fathers help to extend their chances of getting past him easy. At his papa's question, Neal looked down at the ground for a moment before glancing back up at his papa. “Yeah, I can. Don't worry about it. Leave everything to me. I just need one clean shot.” Neal would never kill anyone.
On some level, he wanted to kill Pan. If it had meant protecting Henry, he may have actually considered part of it. Especially after everything he'd been through on this island as a kid. Neal knew that his papa had changed when he'd gone to great lengths to protect him, but, he had chosen something else over him anyway. Neal would never choose anything over his family, he'd go to lengths to do what had to be done, but, he'd never let anything become more important.
Neal watched his papa coat the arrow in the ink, and, then place it on the cross-bow entrance. “Alright, so lets get going.” Neal said, moving himself forward and picked up the part of the cross-bow that wasn't the arrow.
