Yeah. They would most definitely hate each other. Missing year thread? Or in SB after they discover each other are still alive? Zelena

Elsa and Neal Cassidy We need more past and present threads I was think something about his first royal appearance? And then Elsa could also be open to bae about her powers. Maybe Elsa could go to bae after the accident to bae? Present Elsa could invite Neal to the wedding. I think she would also confide in her brother . She ask what he thought of scar because after her chat with Cora she would confused. I want to also believe that though Elsa doesn't like rumps she would hate to Neal in pain over his father in coma. If you have ideas please tell me

Past: I like the sound of his first royal appearance. Maybe, Elsa tries to teach him how to dance before he goes there. Since he wasn't a royal, and, Bae was out of the Forest before he was able to learn. Elsa confiding in him about her powers would be something he would have mixed feelings about, because he's never had someone trusting him with something like that before. But, he would try to help her, by telling her what he knows about dealing with someone with dangerous powers. Present: Neal would love to go to the wedding. maybe, he'll walk her down the aisle if she wished. As for the whole Scar thing, the only knowledge Neal has of him, is from the Lion King movie, which may not be much help. I could definitely see Neal confiding in Elsa about his feelings about his father being in the coma. Elsa Pride

I love the idea of Neal walking Elsa down the isles . I think she would ask him to do that. My muse went Lion King what is that ? Lol
Aww this would be a huge open door for Elsa toward Neal. She would be afraid but Elsa would try and show him that magic has beauty in it ice skating rink scene between these two so needs to happen.
Anna would adore to have some three way threads between us too lol which I'm thinking the ball but other ideas welcomed

Red & Nealfire: Yes to All!
In general, Red'll probably look at Nealfire as being part of her family, in some sense of the word, since he's Henry father and all. So yeah, that's a thing. Also she'd count him a friend (Most of her family are also counted as friends) for sure. And those people who are her Friends and/or family or BOTH, she protects to hell and back. They're her true Pack, first and foremost, and the wolves she's 'inherited' leadership of are her secondary pack, not her primary one. And anyone who is Pack, she tends to think of in terms of "they are MINE and no one is allowed to hurt them without dealing with me"/" This is mine, no one is allowed to damage it". (The ONLY reason she didn't rip Regina apart once Snow woke up after Regina gave Snow that poisoned apple ? She knew it would destroy Snow's trust and faith in her if she were to follow through on the instinct. The main reason she's going to keeping a close eye on Arthur in Camelot? She doesn't want her niece to be used by anyone.) Pack means everything to Red, and if her death would save them, she'd WILLINGLY go to it, as shown in the Storybrooke portions of "Child of the Moon".
Now to get to your ideas:
B&B interactions: absolutely. Maybe the night he can't sleep/gets woken by his nightmare again is only a few days before the moon is totally full, so Red is also restless and wanting to wander the streets of SB while it's quiet and calm. And so she 'catches' him on her own way out. And either she invites him to join her, or she takes him to the diner for cocoa and conversation (I'd imagine she has keys to the place since Granny's training her to take over the diner and the B&B someday) about what's bothering him.
Missing Year: Absolutely. She can comfort him and try to help however she can. It'll probably involve food, cooked by Granny, and drinks and her just being a listening ear. Oh, oh maybe she and Regina could even go with him (and Belle?) part of the way as they've got a little adventure/quest of their own to undertake for the sake of the one thing/person they have in common: Snow (They're heading off to find Anita's wolf pack to convince them to join forces and basically act as security/protection) when he goes off to bring his father back.
SB stuff after he doesn't truly die: She can do reassurance, again there'll likely be food involved, so probably she'll take him to the diner, using her key to let them in and then, boom! Comfort foods! (She does comfort with food quite well for somebody who spends up to a week running around as a wolf during the night hours) Henry is important to the both of them, seeing as he is her great nephew and Neal's son so yeah, she can help reassure him that connecting with Henry again is a good thing for them both. And the right thing to do. And as far as his Papa goes, well, she's still wary of Rumple, given that at that point in the timeline, Rumple's still the Dark One and kind of iffy with regards to which side of the hero/villan coin he's really on, so, yeah, she'll try, but it'll be more like "I wish I could have had more time with my mother. You have a second chance with your father. Take it. I never got to know mine and maybe that's for the best, but still, it hurts. It's like part of me is missing."
During Rumple's 6 week banishment: Yes, she'd definitely try to get him to interact with people, and get him out of his own head and his personal "I'm ignoring the world because I hurt too much" bubble.
Present day SB: Yes, I could see that. After all, Ruby is friends with Belle too, so yeah she'd ask after comatose Rumple because she cares about how his condition is affecting her friends.
