Tag:: @wicked Season three Time of day:: noon Location:: the midwifes waiting room
Snow waited in the grey and white sea shore themed waiting room. Readjusting in the brown leather seat hand resting under her stomach. Smiling down today would be the day to fine out how the baby was coming. Glancing up at the assistant behind the welcome desk.
Pulling her cream cardigan around her midsection more. The petite princess had be following the advice of the woman about the resting often, drinking tea not over working her self. After all of this Snow was just happy to have this chance once more and be able to see Emma again.
The nurse yelled her name out informing her to follow. Pushing up frok the seat Snow waddling behind the stout woman as she was being lead into the examining room. thank you tweetering into the room stepping up on to the table waiting for her midwife to join her.

Zelena hurried into the hospital running late. She hated being late but she had, had to deal with Rumple and his craziness today and had to get him some more straw and make sure that he could not get out. Yes she had control of his dagger but that still didn't mean that it could stop him from escaping. She had to much to do yet for her plans to fall apart now. She also knew that, that Sheriff and her father the meddling Charming was snooping around and she just could not have them finding Rumple and discovering who she was just yet. She thought as she walked down that hall and to the room that Snow was in. She placed a smile on her face as she knocked on the door and walked in. "Hello Mary how are you doing today." She asked as she opened her chart and looked over it.

cradling her stomach Snow smiled when Zelena opened the door. hello there we are fine just that. rubbing a hand over her swollen tummy. Sighing heavily the petite princess glanced down a look of worry and fear clearly visible on her face. Biting on her lower lip to keep it from trembling since we have returned the baby I haven't felt it move and its starting to worry me. What if my baby is.. she couldn't finish the thought all nightmares and fears were coming true if that was the case. curses aren't good for the baby right what if this one hurt the child and I couldn't do anything to stop it. wiping her soak cheeks.

Zelena wanted to laugh at the fear and worry she heard and saw in Snow's face and in her voice. It took all she had not to. Would she really have brought them back here and let something happen to that baby. No, She had made sure no one would be hurt when she recreated the curse. She thought with a shake of her head. "Oh Snow don't worry. I am sure every thing will be fine." She said as slipping back into the role of the perfect mid wife.
She walked over and gave Snow a hug. "How about you lay back on the bed and we will check for a heart beat." She said as she patted the bed and then walked over and pulled out the Doppler thing and the jell she would need. "why don't you pulled up top for me." She said as she walked back over to Snow as Snow pulled up her shirt. "This might be a little cold." She warned as she put some jell on the doppler and placed it on Snow's lower belly and moved it around until she found the heart beat. "See every thing is fine." She said when the room was suddenly full of a sound of the baby's heart beat. "It's nice and strong and sounds very healthy." She said as she looked up at Snow and gave her a reassuring smile.

i hope so Zelena i truly do following the orders of the midwife. Leaning back on the cushioned table Snow sighed lifting her shirt up to reveal her swollen stomach the belly button sticking out. The warning of the cold was still not enough for the princess to prepare her self. you werent kidding Zelena shivering from the cold jelly making contact on her bare skin. The feeling of goose bump erupting over her flesh made Snow shiver more. Staring up at the ceiling trying to stay positive she hoped Prince Charming /David Nolan would arrive soon.
Hearing the strong heart of the baby made Snow relax. Watching the blurry image of the baby move about made the brunette smile at the picture then turning her head toward Zelena that is better then any music to my ears. raising up on her elbow Snow placed a gentle hand on her pregnant stomach. A bleaming smile spread over her lips she was thrilled to know her baby was safe and nothing bad had happen. should we talk about the delivery?

David got a text message from Snow already a few minutes ago, asking if he would like to join her when she was going to go for a checkup of the baby.
Apparently Zelena had made a huge impression on Snow. It wasn’t such a surprise to him that Snow wanted to have her checking up on the baby instead of Dr. Whale since from the moment they had met each other, Zelena was the subject that was coming out of her mouth.
David had to admit that getting some help from a midwife wasn’t a bad thing. Maybe things were less scary that way.
The thing that was concerning David at this moment was the fact that he didn’t knew Zelena already. What if they weren’t exactly ‘friends’ back in the Enchanted Forest, but the both of them just didn’t remember that?
Trying to get those thoughts out of his mind he parked his truck and made his way inside the hospital. He knew where he had to go to, and hurried himself. With two little knocks on the white colored door, he made his entrance noticed. Slowly he pushed down the handle and entered.
He saw Snow lying on her back while Zelena seemed to be checking out their baby’s health. “hey, I made it. Sorry I’m late” closing the door behind him he made his way towards his wife with hurried but quiet steps.
David took a hold of Snow’s hand and leaned forward in order to give her a kiss. “what did I miss?”

Zelena smile as she heard the heart beat. And then looked at Snow. "This was just to hear the heart beat. Why don't I get an ultra sound machine and then we will be able to see your baby." She said wanting to see the baby. She wanted to make sure this baby was really alright to much of her plan relied on this baby Snow was carrying. "Then we will talk about your birthing plan." She suggested as the door opened and in walked Charming.
Zelena smiled at him. "You must be the father." She said as she sat the doppler down and held out her hand. "I am Zelena and you have not missed much we were just listening to your baby's heart beat. And I was asking Snow if she would like to see the baby." She said as she walked back over and Snow and stood on the other side of her as she reach for the ultra sound machine.

Still leaning on her elbows when Charming came in , her smile widen at the sight of him. Letting David take a hold of her hand she she beamed even more. Between the strong heart beat of their child and the love she share with Charming , the princess felt safe and secure. do you hear that David? Doesnt that sound like music to your ears. not able to control the pride she felt for their unborn child.
Bringing her attention back to Zelena when she mention ultra sound. thats fine but we dont want to know the sex of the child. We want to be surprised. softly elbowing Charming to him to agree. Laying back down against the cushion table the petite brunette placed her arms behind her head so she could look at the ultra sound machine monitor.

The sound of their child’s heartbeat was by far the most wonderful sound he ever heard. It truly sounded like music to his ears. “I can tell that he has a strong heartbeat.” David and Snow didn’t know what their child was going to be, and in all honesty they didn’t really wanted to know it as the most important thing was that it needed to be healthy. But still Charming had some hope for having a son. As they already had a daughter, he thought it would be amazing to be having a son this time. A healthy and strong son.
“yes we would like to keep the sex a surprise. That way we have some more names to argue about.” He said that with a laugh, as they already had some arguments about the name choice in the past. David reached out for one of the chairs that was nearby the cushion table and pulled it closer towards them so he could sit down.
He couldn’t wait to see their child moving. This was an advantage on being back in Storybrooke. Now they would be able to see their child in advance, and not only at the day of birth. With technology being around in this town they felt a bit more safe in some way.
David watched Zelena’s movements with his eyes before he lowered them to look at the swollen stomach of his wife. It was wonderful to see that again. He had never thought he would see that again. “Thanks Zelena that you want to do this. Me and snow appreciate this a lot. This baby means a lot to us, and we just want to know for sure that everything is going like it should.” David’s eyes wandered back and forth from the screen to his wife’s swollen stomach.
