Before Charming knew it, he was on the ground with a big wolf holding him on his back. He could see the big eyes of the wolf, looking at him filled with anger. “What the hell are you doing Ruby? Are you completely out of your mind” he said angrily. “Go off of me, now!” he tried to push the wolf away from him, but he didn’t had the power to do so. Ruby was much too strong as a wolf to stand against too. He breathed deeply and slightly out of breath by the attempts of getting on his feet again.
“Ruby I have enough of this, people can see us, what would they think? Stop holding me at the ground, before people think you can’t control your wolf part anymore” Charming was actually quit angry right now. Ruby never did this before to him, not here, not when they lived at the enchanted forest. He could feel the weight of her forepaws, pressing his shoulders to the ground.

Ruby didn't budge, nor did she have any desire to. Charming needed to know that he was under a spell, and that no matter what it took, she would make him see it one way or another. Ruby growled through clenched teeth, her yellow eyes glowing more intense with each passing second. She didn't care if people started to gather around them, some shouting words at her, and some at Charming. Ruby snapped her teeth so close to Charming's nose, only to intimidate him. She saw the fear in his eyes as she backed away. But when Charming tried to get back up again, she lunged back towards him, pinning him back down. Ruby wished desperately that her tongue wasn't this long pink thing that lolled around all of the time. She wanted a human tongue so she could talk to Charming in her wolf form.

For a moment he really thought that she would bite him, but when she stopped right in front of his nose he let out a sigh in relief. “Ruby, please” he tried to get his anger under control “I’m asking this as your friend, please let me get on my feet again? I want to go home, I told Regina I would be home in about 5 minutes.” He hoped that Ruby would finally turn into a human again and let him go. He put his hands in front of his face as a surrender. “The next few weeks I’m not showing myself here anymore” he thought by himself.

Ruby was still growling at Charming, until he started to plead. Ruby shook her head, and got back up. In an instant, she was back as a human. Ruby clicked her tongue, still shaking her head.
"That must be some spell you have on you," Ruby said as she dusted dirt off of her waitress uniform. She still couldn't believe that Charming wasn't listening to her at all. It was making her angry. Why can't he get through his thick skull, that he's under a spell? Ruby thought. She sighed in frustration, and crossed her arms over her chest. "I'm going to talk to your wife later today and there's nothing you can do about it!" Ruby told Charming. She was going to talk to Regina, and try and get her to undo the spell.

David dusted off his clothes after he got on his feet again. Without saying any words to Ruby again he turned himself around shaking his head in disappointment. He even pushed away a few people who were looking at what went going on between them. He was so angry at how Ruby reacted to him that he wanted to go away from there as quickly as possible. “What was she thinking? Come on, me and Snow, that’s not going to happen. How could she even think that Snow was my wife” he thought to himself while he walked back to his truck in a hurry.

Ruby wanted to rip out Charming's throat, right then and there. But she changed back into a human before she could do any real damage. She watched as Charming walked away from the diner. Ruby walked back into the diner, muttering a string of curse words underneath her breath. Charming made her angry, and she was not going to be a happy person for the rest of the day, until this problem is solved. Ruby could hear Charming walk further and further away. She couldn't let him get much further. Ruby ran back outside to where Charming was.
"Hey! We're not finished yet, mister." Ruby said as she stared at Charming. He needed to see that he was under a spell.

When Charming was about to get into his truck he could hear Ruby yelling against him. Before he turned himself around he rolled his eyes “please, if there is some kind of hidden camera around, now it would be the perfect time to come out.” He turned himself around, still holding his truck door open, letting out a big sigh “What? I have enough of this Ruby, I am going home now, and you will leave me alone this instant.” He said with anger in his voice. He looked straight into Ruby’s eyes to show her that he meant what he was saying, he really did had enough of all this. This was a complete waste of his time, not only his time, but only the time that he could spend with his wife.

"Home to a lie? Home to the woman who put this spell on you? Charming, Regina is not your wife, and she never will be. This is all fake. You're nothing more than her puppet, so that she can take control over you, and then hurt Snow White, who is your real wife." Ruby shook her head solemnly. This was unbelievable. There had to be another way to get Charming to realize what he was doing. Didn't it not seem strange to him? Ruby sighed in frustration, as she stared back at Charming, who looked dumb founded.
"I'm really sorry if you can't see any of this at all." Ruby said, shifting her gaze to the ground, and kicked a stone. She watched it roll away down to the gutter.

Charming was trying to listen to Ruby this time, but it all sounded so weird, that he just couldn’t believe it. “Why would anyone do such a thing?” he laughed a little “oh come on Ruby, hurt Snow White? Why would anyone wants to hurt Snow White? One thing that I know about her is that she’s a very kind and lovely person. I can’t imagine that someone wants to hurt her and..” he laughed again a bit “certainly not by using some magic, and certainly not a spell that my wife is using”
“so, can I finally leave now?” he said, before he got into his car and closed it, while he started the engine of his truck.

Ruby let out a suppressed laugh. She still couldn't believe what she was hearing. Obviously, this was a lost cause right now, and that she should just give up. Charming wasn't remembering anything. The only thing he kept talking about was that Regina was his wife and that he didn't know who Snow White was at all.
"Fine." Ruby said. "Go back home to your apple-loving-happy-ending-destroyer-sociopath of a wife." Ruby said, her voice angry and annoyed, She was ready to go home too. She couldn't deal with this nonsense anymore.
