This thread takes place before the curse

Red Riding Hood walked out to the chicken coop, to quickly gather the eggs that her grandmother had told her to get. It was the morning after the first night of Wolf's Time, and they needed to make sure that the wolf didn't get near their chickens. As Red was making her rounds in the coop, she heard a strange rustling sound coming from behind one of the cages. Red stood where she was, quiet for a moment.

"Hello? Who's there?" Red called out to whomever was there.

Snow had been hiding in the chicken coop all night ever since a howling sound outside had frightened her. When she heard someone coming she ducked behind a stack of cages and hoped that the person coming in would not see her. She squeezed her eyes shut and held her breath waiting for the person to leave.

But the person who had entered the chicken coop did not seem to be going anywhere anytime soon. Slowly Snow emerged from behind the cages two eggs in her hands that she had been planning on cooking and eating. After all she had not eaten in many days. She walked towards the beautiful brunette girl, her head down "I'm sorry...I just got....scared last night" She said biting her lip as she glanced up at the girl.

Red saw how scared the woman was, but then noticed the eggs she was carrying in her hands. She decided to let it slide, the poor woman probably didn't have anything to eat in a long time, especially if she was stealing.

"Hey, hey, it's alright." Red said as she tried to calm her down. Red only assumed that it was the wolves who scared the woman. To Red, she looked like she belonged to royalty. But it was only a guess. Red smiled warmly at her. "Everyone calls me Red." She said with a shrug. It was true, everyone did call her Red because of the red hood she always wore to keep the wolves away.
