Waiting up for Emma Neal had gone down about hour and half go. But every once while the new mayor would glance over to peak in between the bars watching him breath. The light tapping of pencil caught Snow's attention. Side glancing over toward David who seemed to be deep within thought glaring at the door. Smiling leaning back in to the couch pulling the records toward her chest. Deciding that taking a mini break wouldn't be that bad. so gun or sword? perking her brows up wondering which her husband was wanting ti use on the pirate. you know Emma can handle her self and if she is giving Hook a chance then we should to just seeing how happy Emma was enough to make Snow giddy from everything. Where were they now? He’d better not hurt her… it is getting quite late… she will be back soon…
A lot of thoughts ran through David’s mind as his eyes got fixed on the wooden apartment’s door. He was supposed to be looking through the town records to see if there was any sign of this Snow Queen, but his thoughts were more with his daughter than they were with the white pages filled with black letters. David didn’t even notice he was ticking on one of the record covers with the pencil he was holding until Snow brought him out of his thoughts. “Huh? What?” David said with a frown on his face. He didn’t know what she meant until he completely got out of his thoughts.
“I don’t doubt she can handle things on her own.” He let out a sigh while he placed down the book filled with records, including his own made notes next to him on the couch. “It’s not that I don’t want to give Hook a chance, it’s just… I can’t stop thinking that there is a chance he might hurt her. I know I won’t be able to sleep until she steps through that door again. I want to make sure she is alright after this evening with him.”

Twsting to turn side ways leaning her head on her propped up arm. This was a new look for Charming super protective daddy. The actions made Snow smile reaching out rubbing his forearm David he seem like he has changed i dont think Killian would hurt emma on purpose. Beside he reminds me of someone
Laughing getting up from the couch, walking over to the kitchen. She was suddenly in the mood for tea. say he does hurt her? What are ypu planning on doing? inquiring yanking the tea kettle off the stove eye pulling the lid off. Turning the water on the petite woman filled it . Emma would never forgive David if he were to do something to the pirate

David kept looking to the wooden entrance door while he felt the tender and soft touch of Snow’s hand on his forearm, reassuring him that nothing would happen but at the same time telling him that he needed to stop worrying that much.
David’s attention got away from the door when Snow mentioned that Killian reminded her of someone. It was the laugh that followed right after it that made the frown on his forehead fade away and change into a playful smile. “Oh is it? Now you make me wonder on who that might be…” David followed the movements of his wife with his eyes with that same playful and curious smile still spread on his face. It were those little sneaky things that made their relationship never boring. The both of them always found a way to keep things fun and enjoyable.
“I thought you just mentioned he would never hurt her? Let’s just keep holding on to that thought for now… I don’t know what exactly I would do to them, it will depend on what I think about first. It will be a variety of punching and making him lose his other hand.” David pushed himself of from the couch where he was sitting at and made his way towards the kitchen where Snow was making some tea. “I can still call Grumpy and make him check on Emma and Killian, but that would remind me too much about those moments back at the Enchanted Forest when Grumpy loved to spill the times we could spent together.” David smiled as he thought back about those moments. If Grumpy would have worked for Regina back then, he would have been able to track the both of them down quite a lot.

blinking at david while turning the stove eye placing the tea kettle on swirl of heating up metal. Charming really didn't trust Killian this made snow curious why? pressing her palms of hands against the counter top on either side of the oven. he reminds me of a certain smug prince who fell in love. to be honest in certain ways he reminds me of you ..with a few differences sprinkled in she mumbled under her breath.
pushing off the counter the princess spun about to get two pale blue mugs out of the cabinet. opening the white washed door the clink of porcelain as she lifted them out do you think beating up the pirate would be such a good idea? don't you think that Emma would be upset if you did that David. asking closing the doors and moved back to the counter dropping the tea bags in to the mugs. Charming was such a good father but if they meddle in their daughter life it could only cause a riff and that was something that neither of them wanted.
scoffing followed by a laugh don't you dare call grumpy if I remember very clearly that didn't stop either of us from sneaking out in the middle night now if that's what you want please call him. a cheeky smile on her face.

David crossed his arms in front of his chest while he let his lower back rest against the kitchen counter. “Hook is making you remind of me?” a chuckle escaped his lips when he heard this. “He’s not like me. I’m Charming, he is…. Hook.” David pushed himself away from the kitchen counter with one of his hands before he gave Snow a wink as he walked passed her.
“Of course I’m not going to punch him Snow, I am just pointing out that he better not do something that hurts our daughter or he will have to explain himself to me.” David walked towards one of their wooden chairs and took a seat. “okay okay, fine, I won’t be calling Grumpy. He would have been a good option on doing this.” David leaned down on the table, letting one of his elbows support his upper body on the wooden surface, while his other hand pinched the bridge of his nose. “Is it wrong to say that I just want to have our daughter to be happy and to be safe? She had so many things that she had to face alone in the past. I just want her to be happy this time and to know that she is special to us."

Laughing and smiling at Charmings Tarzen impursenation. Following the man with her eyes , finishing up making the tea . Snow sighed David was stressing him self out for nothing . Charming Emma is happy she is just trying to see where this can go. walking over to the table two mugs in her hands . Gently placing the cup in front of David a slight link of glass.
Leaning down kissing his cheek before sitting down next to him. David i think your being so sweet and protective daddy is adorable , but before go out and start stalking the different areas of where they can be why dont we take a moment and realize that they are adults and Emma has a mean right hook..no pun intended.she smiled sheeplishly

David let out a sigh while one of his hands embraced the warm mug that was filled with tea. “I know you are right, she is grown up. But I can’t help to still see her as my little girl.” His thumb brushed against the outside of the mug before he took a sip from it. The warmth of the fluid warmed up his throat and stomach. “I was surprised to see her in that dress. It made me think on what she would be wearing for her first ball when we would still be in our castle at the Enchanted Forest. I bet she wouldn’t like the corset that would be going with it.” David got a small smile on his face when he thought about that. His daughter would have been the star of the ball. “You would have picked out the most beautiful dress there was in the whole land for her.” Every time that something changed in Emma’s life, David couldn’t help but feel saddened that he’d never saw her growing up. “We should give her the tiara that you got from your mother. As a symbol of being a family. She would have had it on the age of 10 herself on her first ball. I think she is ready to have it.” David locked eyes with his wife. Snow White/Mary Margaret |

There were times when Snow thought she couldn't possibly love David more. But then he would go about and say something so intensely sweet that her heart would almost burst from it. Placing her mug down on the table the clink of porcelain pinged out in sound . Lifting a hand out to caress his cheek, Snow acted on impulse and kissed his lips tenderly.
Leaning back a huge smile spread over her rose colored lips. I think that's a brilliant idea Charming. one loving swipe of her thumb high up on his cheek bone. Before dropping her had down.
should we make it like a big to do or privately amongst family as in just a dinner?

Both of their lips touched and David closed his eyes during that moment, embracing the love they showed for each other. Even after all these years, their love for each other was what made them strong.
The gentle touch of her hand on his cheek meant more to him than she could ever think. David opened his eyes when the warmth of her hand on his cheek pulled itself away and the touch of her lips on his stopped.
“Let’s do this privately. A dinner would be the perfect way to do this. We can make one of her favorite things to eat, even make some dessert and when all of us have eaten, you can hand the tiara over to her. It will be a surprise.” David smiled by thinking about this dinner.
“We’ll only have to wait to see how she will react to it. She’s not that used on having surprises like that.” He knew that Emma came a long way on accepting who her family was and what place she can call home now. This tiara would be the symbol of that. A symbol of being their daughter, and to the princess she should have been if she would have grown up at the Enchanted Forest.
