(set at season 1)It was quite early in the morning, some of the clouds were still that low that they were even touching the top of several trees of the forest. Normally David wasn’t awake already at this time of the day. Well at least not on the days that he didn’t had to go to work at the animal shelter. It was because of Kathryn that he already was setting foot on the main street of the town. Trying to avoid freshly rained puddles he was making his way towards the city hall as he kept his hands nice and warm inside the pockets of his black jacket. Kathryn had reminded David about the mayor who wanted to talk to him about flyers. He didn’t had any clue what Kathryn was meaning by that, but granted her wish on going to the mayor in the very early hours to make some arrangements. The only thing he could think of, was that he was missing his daily cup of coffee in the morning to go and talk about flyers…. David had finally made it to the city hall, standing in front of two huge doors which gave him the entrance to the mayor’s office. With two gentle knocks on the frosted glass he waited to be answered. “Erm, Regina? It’s me… David. You wanted to talk to me?” he hoped that if he would tell her who was at the other side of the double door she would let him in more quickly. Regina Mills

Hearing the soft knock Regina quickly strode from the fire place where she had been stand warming herself by the fire. Openning the door, David please come in thank you for coming on such short notice. giving her all trying to be friendly especially so early in the morning.
Moving off to the side allowing him to enter once he was inside and the door closed behind him.
The mayor made her toward her desk. As i hope you know Sydney Glass is running for sheriff and I and him would love it if you would put up flyers around town for him. beating around the bush was never her style. Pointing a hand causally toward a little cart by the desk. Coffee dohunut? Sorry I ussually get here early so the diner has prepared something for me. shrugging her shoulders its good to be mayor smirking up at the man.

David had entered the mayor’s office and folded his hands together in front of him, while he let his gaze wander through the room. He’d never been in her office before, and the look of it was actually making him feel quite uncomfortable. With a lot of white and black at the walls and a very impressive mirror, the interior felt a bit cold and harsh.
If it wasn’t for the fire that was burning in this room it would be completely giving him some goosebumps.
“yeah, Kathryn told me about that.” David took a few steps closer towards her desk while he kept his hands folded in front of him. “erm… I guess I can do that. Is there an address where I can pick up the flyers that I need to spread in town?” he wasn’t planning on truly covering the whole town with flyers about a guy he didn’t even know. David looked at the doughnuts that the mayor was offering him, but the uncomfortable feeling didn’t gave him appetite. As he hold up his hand in a grateful but rejecting way he frowned “I thought this town already had a sheriff? Emma?”

Her smile dropped at the mention of Miss Swan's name. yes well Emma as you called her was never given the job she just took it. stepping away from the cart headkng back to her desk. David imagine if everyone did that just took what they want. It would be chaos.
Sitting down in the rolling chair opening a drawer pulling out a stack of flyers here you go my dear fresh from the printing block. sliding the the pictures across the desk top. as far as a adress where every you see fit to post them David will be find

David could settle himself in the way Regina was thinking. She had a point that indeed that would become a chaos. But on the other hand, Emma had already proved that she was pretty much capable on being a decent sheriff.
But with standing in the mayor’s office and the mayor itself in front of him, it wouldn’t be a very wise idea on telling her his truthful thoughts about all of this sheriff situation.
“okay, got it. Erm… if it’s alright with you I will be starting with this after my work? I still need to go to the animal shelter today.” David stood close to the desk and leaned a bit forward in order to pick up the pile of flyers.
Sidney his face wasn’t exactly one that was very inviting to vote for, but as the mayor got quite an reputation here in town, the chance on many people voting for this guy was kind of big.
Even if it was only to be in good cards with Regina. “oh right, before I forget. I needed to give you the best wishes from Kathryn. She will be contacting you soon. But about what, I have no idea. I’m only the messenger.” A smile appeared on his face, a bit less uncomfortable as the warmth of the fire was a bit helping for that.

Happy that David had dropped the subject of Emma. Smiling victoriously nodding her head that would be fine David, ill let some of the bussiness know what your doing so they dont think loittering. seeing him pick up the flyers , smirking she stood up made her way around to the other side the desk leaning against it.
oh really? I wonder what that could be about. Regina knew already, Kathryn had been talking about how she felt she was pregnant with David's baby. Which was impossible because for the fact time stopping put a damper on that unless the curse was broken..which will never happen. Crossing her arms well if you see her before i do send her my love.

David gave her a confirming nod “I will do that”. With the pile of flyers still in his hands he couldn’t help to have the feeling that Regina actually exactly knew what it was going to be about. Respecting the bond his wife had with the mayor, David kept himself from telling Regina what he thought. He had no business about what was going on between the two of them. It would probably be typical things women talked about…
“Is there a place you certainly want me to hang up these?” lifting the pile up a bit for a second he turned his attention back on the flyers on his mission to hang them up. Maybe he had a bit more the chance on seeing Mary Margaret by doing this. He would be all around time that whole day, there must be one moment when he would see Mary Margaret somewhere.

Becoming lost in thought where would she like him to put these up at. Tapping her fingers against the tip of her chin. well how about the diner, artisan bread and sand dollar...oh and the rabbit hole. that covered the majority of the places of where people gathered at.
Smirking as Regina thought about the ploy. The more people saw those flyers the more remembered Mr. Glass for sheriff. maybe a few around city hall as well. Do you have any ideas where they should be placed?

“Okay, I can do that. I will spread them around and hang them up at the places you suggested. I think those are making the most sense. Maybe it’s also a good idea to spread them around at some walls at main street. Not only the diner. That way when people are just walking on the side walk they can read it as well. It is a possibility on making more people look at it.”
It surprised David that the mayor was asking him for ideas as well. She was known by a lot of the people in town to be a quite hard and demanding person. But until now it seemed like she was holding herself back enormously or that the town isn’t properly knowing their mayor.
“Okay so I guess that this was everything you wanted me to come over for?” tapping the side of the pile of papers while he hold them, he made sure that all of the papers were staying together.

sat there not really sure what to come up with next. To honest the mayor had been winging this. Well that was one of the of the reason David I um.. pursing her lips together. Bring up mary margaret now this would be the chance.
I'm not sure how to bring this up. But its about how close you and Miss Blanchard have gotten. clearing her throat raking her fingers through her dark locks. Its not good for your marriage David all its going to do is make it more complicated. Really do you want that? I get it you just woke up and every a bit fuzzy. smiling warmly reaching out a gentle hand on top of his hand. but your wife is where you need to be.
