Rumble in the jungle {Jolly Roger Crew}

It was Snow’s grip on the back of his jacket which made David stop in his tracks. He was taking the lead in their search for Henry, with Hook being the one walking at the end of the row, they at least would be able to keep the rest of the group safe if there must be something appearing in front or behind them. A lot of mist seemed to surrounding them by every step they took deeper into the forest. David hold his hand on the handle of his sword, ready to take it out if necessary after his wife mentioned that she heard something. The loud sound of a tree falling down not that far away from them, made him take out his sword. Gripping his hand tightly around the handle he looked around quickly and tried to stay close to his wife. “we’re certainly not alone. Everyone get close together. Now.” Charming hold his sword close, ready to defend himself and the rest of the company while he could see a lot of people approaching from every possible side. “lost boys” he whispered to himself.

The first arrow had been shot towards their group by the lost boys. It were arrows which were laced with poison called Dreamshade. Every contact with them would make you punish afterwards as the poison would be taking over your body in a very slow and painful way.
At least that was what David had heard from Killian. Exactly the person who would know everything about that poison since he had been using it in much more concentrated form against Gold. Something which seemed to be very affective back then without the help of magic.
It wasn’t that long before the large group of lost boys began to aim their arrows and shoot them towards the group, trying to hit as many as possible to the ground with them.

Charming started to swing his sword in every direction that the arrows were coming. It seemed like they kept coming. In every direction he decided to look at their were lost boys aiming another arrow. One of them aimed one directly on Snow “Snow, watch out!” he said as he quickly pushed her out of the way to block the incoming arrow with his sword. While he blocked that one, there was already another one which sliced the side of his chest. He immediately felt that it wasn’t only his jacket which got into contact with the arrow, his flesh did too. David didn’t had time to think about it any longer, not with this battle going on. All that could be heard inside the dark jungle was yelling and battle sounds. “Snow, behind you" he let her watch behind her before she could even ask if he was alright after the contact with the arrow while he blocked another attack.

While a few other arrows made their way towards the group, Charming tried to block as much of them as possible. The way that the arrow had cut through his jacket, it had also done through his flesh on his chest. The stinging pain which was the result of this was a pain that he tried to ignore at this moment. Now he needed to fight, and protect the people that were together with him on this journey.

His daughter, he needed to check on his daughter. Snow was right but where was she? Where was Emma? David let his eyes wander through all the people that were on the battlefield. Wondering where his daughter went. It didn’t take long for Charming to find out that she was lying on the ground at the foot of the hill where Peter was standing in a proud and victorious way. “Emma” he yelled out while he made his way towards her. Avoiding some more arrows and almost getting tackled by one of the lost boys he found a way towards his daughter who had made it onto her feet already. She was tougher than he thought, and some kind of proud was shining through his thoughts. That proud remained until Emma was holding a knife against the throat of a lost boy. “Emma!” he yelled out towards her which made her look up to him.
