Peacefully he only really wanted this to be done peacefully then maybe take them prisoners later, why did these things always have to descend into bickering or violence. John had planned for both the occasions really and he had men everywhere and they had very good eyesight for that matter, though that might be useful later. Of course John himself had not improved matters, but hey he was confident right now and there were few other factors.
As he assessed what was going on in the ship he quickly gave a silent back-door order with his finger, something that only his men would know. There would be a little bit of posturing and somewhere down the line someone would get the message and there should be someone going into the boat secretly, to kidnap that boy, he seemed after all important to everyone on the boat.
John had noticed the blonde heir female come up just after he had mentioned Henry, and a smirk danced across his lips. "Ah come join the party my dear, tell me who may you be?" He said keeping his voice calm and friendly before he was interrupted by one of his own men who whispered to him something about an arrow being fired at the ship. he gave the order more or less to ignore it, it was most likely some ragtag resistance member. Though he told the man he cloud send a search party if he wanted.
"I really don't want this to end in bloodshed truly I would hate such a tragedy to occur after all, you all mean so much to me, why without any of you, i would not be here, you remember Snow?" He suddenly gave her a toothy grin and turned to maleficent who had materialized next to him and then to Regina. he took a step closer to the boat arms out wide. [b]"Come out here and surrender you, your ship and weapons and I will be lenient, resist and well ill have to think about it, "[/b][/color] he was daring Regina to attack him with her magic knowing what would happen due to melifcents spell.
"Oh Well you see it s a very long tale and for her it meant a lot of clawing her way out of caves for me well i'm sure you can guess what this alliance means, plus oh we found a key a key to make your wildest dreams come true," actually it was different than that but she need not know "join us and you and your son live in eternity like god's, it even helps you see those long since dead." Not strictly true it allowed you communication to glimpse upon them there was a different power to their artefact but he was not going to tell.
"John gave a silent order to his messenger man next to him, to after Regina's answer fire upon the ship with no mercy, "burn it to the ground with flame, I want Snow and Charming alive."
{I assume we are still going with Emma getting kidnapped. about the arrow with loads of men being there someone was bound to see it ill take it out if you don't want]

Killian had saw Emma come up and had his sword ready and out. If at all he was ready to scarafice himself for emma if he had too. "oy if its a fight you want you got one killian started down the ramp of his ship and started to head for the king until one of the guards knocked him over the head. He feel to the ground

Rumple watched the goings on with interest, John had superior numbers and that evil fairy, he smiled delighted when he saw her but at the same time cast a quick glare at Regina. "You really need to make sure people stay dead dearie" He told her before looking at John for a moment, it would be easy to attack him with magic right then and here. Thinking for a moment the king most likely had something up his sleeve, he frowned going over all the possibilities when the stupid pirate got himself knocked out .
"Trust the pirate to get thing sstarted," he sighed before turning to the others then to Regina "Regina we may have to teleport ourselves out of this, you me and Henry" he whispered

Charming raised his sword as well, and didn’t wait any longer to react to the guards. After Killian drew his sword and got off the ship to fight, Charming followed as fast as he could. Taking a rope from the masts in his hand he turned himself to his wife. “We meet each other at the left side of the field” Quickly he gave her a kiss before taking a strong hold on the rope and letting himself swing from the ship, landing on both his feet at the same time, making dusty sand fly up around him. Raising his sword once again he ran towards the guards who take out Killian. He needed to make sure Killian had enough time to recover from the hit without getting killed by one of the guard’s swords.
Two guards came running towards him, but Charming could block their swords just in time before they would hit him. Making sure no one was sneaking up behind him or towards Killian he turned himself on the balls of his feet and blocked some more swords, making the metal of his and their blade cling against each other. “aaaah, Killian dam it, now would be the time to wake up again” he tapped his feet against Killian his upper body while he blocked another attack, hoping he would get up soon.

Robin watched as the action began to unfold the pirate got himself knocked out early typical as the prince fought though robin noticed one of the kings men sneaking up on him he took his aim and sent an arrow flying past the king and into the man heading towards the prince. He whistle for his horse and jumped down from the tree onto the horse and then rode into the action. "Well Well John I almost didn't recognize you where is that friend of yours the snake that is that tried to invade Sherwood forest

Snapping her head to look Rumple in the face, narrowing her eyes at times still amazed that they are related. you mean run, they could have ran away from us when we were no longer useful to them. When we had no magic but they decided to help us dont tell me your that much of a ... she refused to say the word . Backing away she need to get Henry to safety. Then she would join the fighting, running down the stairs to see Henry with Ariel. Henry you have to go and now. I cant explain just for once listen to me please. I cant lose you your the last of my heart. she kissed the top of of his head and once standing back up took a hold of the mermaid arm dragging her away. you protect him to the death you guard my son or I swear on everything that is holy what you went through on NeverLand will have been a cake walk. I will kill Eric in front ,and keep you as my pet is that clear. her voice was soft but harsh she didnt care for the mermaid now take his hand looking back at Henry tears filled her eyes feeling this was the last time she would see her son , she watch as dumbfounded Ariel take his hand. I love you Henry she waved her hand to making them disappear in purple cloud of magic.
Closing her eyes to regain her composure her heart ached but the fighting had starting self pity would have to waite. Briskly walking back to the deck she blasted through door, flicking her hand to make a group of John's men to go flying. Putting a shield around Snow so could start to shoot at the men with out worry . Taking jump on the railing you wanted your Queen well my dears here she is now tremble before me ! she yelling out before cracking the ground and splitting it apart under the feet of John's men. If they wanted a fight by god they would get it.

Snow stared in shock at Regina , before turning her attention back on the battle at hand. Moving toward the ramp loading a arrow on to her string pulling back she shot it off at obe of the guards standing close to John. Moving her hand to grab another arrow from the container on her back. Aiming this one at one of the men attacking Charming.
Out of the corner of her she could see Rumple disppeared, frowning what had just happen? Looking back to Charming seeing him take down another one of Johns men loading her bow she shot another wounding one about to stab the knocked out pirate. Running down the ramp, she bent to shake him Killian wake up wake up now! she lightly slapped his face.
When he didnt wake Snow did what she could grabbing him the hand and hook she dragged him back up the ramp, huffing at the extra work she had just put in you owe me Pirate sweat poured down her forehead now, wipping it off with her hand she looked around at the scene Charming was starting to get cornered. Pulling out three arrows she did rapid shots at the men surround her husband. Running to him, miss me? she winked punching one of the guards in the face and taking the dagger in his steath. Twirling it hand ready for one them to come in for the attack.

As Killian awoke he found himself back on the deck of his Ship. He looked around and stood up. Seeing emma at the edge he heard a Short boom he knew that sound well enough to know what it was. He ran over to Emma. "EMMA GET DOWN" He tackled her and knocked her to the ground right as a Cannon Blasted into the Mast Behind them. He looked at Emma. " Are you alright?

"Burn it to the ground!" He shouted at the men firing both the cannons and the fire arrows, he watched carefully as all players entered the game, he was trying to decide on where his sword was needed most. He knew his army could hold its own but there were plenty of dangerous people here and all knew how to fight. The most pressing issue was really the witch Regina, after all magic could be a very powerful tool and it would take a while to bring her down. He was not too worried about charming he could be easily dispatched as could Snow White. Then another joined hte party his son Robin.
"Oh wonderful," he muttered to himself.
"Oh well he's a little busy at the moment plus I have better men than him, " He replied back drawing his sword and pointing the men towards Robin "bring me the vagabond alive I shall deal with the witch," which should be easy enough thanks to maleficent, who was doing whatever she was doing right now.
His sword was curved and had a lion upon its hilt the sword itself was also warded against magic. "oh I'm not sure weather to tremble or laugh when I see the ex Queen," he goaded before walking slowly towards her making sure to be wary of his surroundings.

Seeing John charge up on the boat Regina waved her hand to transport Emma and Hook away. She needed them alive to save Henry and keep him safe. yes well I don't think laughing would be a good idea my dear. she may not be able to harm but there are ways to block the would be King.
Blasting a hole into the deck of the ship, creating a gap in between them. its sad really, John you never had the guts to take over the kingdom while Richard was a live and you now hide behind magic. How pathetic you are little man. flicking her hand to knock down the mast to block the ramp not allowing anyone else to come in. you want me to surrender then I guess you ll have to fight me coward.
