Hello Brother

Charming began his day like every day, by drinking a coffee while reading the local newspaper. He just sat down at the table, opening the paper with one hand, holding his coffee with the other, ready to drink from it, when he suddenly heard a lot of hard pounding at his apartment door. Because he was surprised by that noise, he almost spilled his coffee on his shirt and the ground.

When he heard the voice of the man he had to call brother he was completely speechless. This couldn’t be, he was still dreaming, his brother was death. But when the pounding kept continuing and he heard his brothers voice saying his name he realised that it must be true. He put down his coffee and newspaper quickly on the table and walked quickly to the door. Not yet opening it he asked “James?” holding one hand on the handle, slowly opening the door.

Before Charming knew it he got one hard smack on his jaw. Before he knew it, he laid on the floor, already feeling a headache turning up. “I thought you were dead? How..” Before he could finish his question and before he could get back on his feet again he got another smack, but this time in his ribs. He let out a painful groan and coughed. Holding one hand on his rib, angry by what was happening he got up on his feet quickly and grabbed his brother by his shoulders, pushing him hard against the apartment wall, holding him against it by holding one hand around his throat. “I don’t know how this is possible, but I swear, you are messing with the wrong one” He kept on pushing him against the wall, still holding his hand on his throat. He saw the look on the face of his brother, apparently surprised by the fact that he could handle him and his attack.

Charming hold one hand on his head where he could feel the intense pain on the place where his brother hit him with his head. His blood started to raise when he heard his brother talking about his wife that way. He ran to his brother and hit him with his fist on his nose. He grabbed his brothers arm and turned around till it ended up behind his back. Still holding it in a strong grip, he said in his brothers ear “never talk about Snow that way, as a matter of fact, don’t speak about Snow at all”

Charming had the advantage right now, his brother couldn’t get away now, while he hold his arm on his back. When he would move he could break his arm very easily. “I suggest you leave my apartment right now, or better, you leave town. Cause here will be nothing for you. If you think you can just walk in here, and get your revenge, well then better think otherwise, cause you won’t getting it.” He lead his brother back to the apartment door, while still holding his arm behind his own back.
He had to call Snow to tell her that James was in town, and that she had to watch out, in fact he would even go and pick her up from school just to make sure she will be safe.
But he would do that after he got his brother out of his apartment which wouldn’t take too long anymore.

“What would make you believe she wants to do that? You really are pathetic” still holding one hand on the place where he got hit on his jaw. “Like you said, your crown, not mine. I wasn’t interested in taking that crown, and the man who you call father, was never a father to me. He just told me to be like you, and take that crown and marry someone I don’t love. He’s a heartless man, with no conscience. But when I look at you, I completely understand why he wasn’t a father figure. If I would have a son like you I wouldn’t be that glad with it as well” He took a few steps back, to make sure that his brother wouldn’t hit him again. “You better get your revenge at your father, not at me. I wasn’t the one who replaced you willingly, that father of yours was the one who wanted to have a replacement. So if I were you, I would go to your beloved father, and get your revenge there.
