Belle allowed David to help her. She nodded her head and waited while David went and got his truck. She smiled over at him when he said that he would drive slow. "David the roads here are not that bad and I can handle a few bumps so don't worry about going to slow." She said to him as she laid her head back on the head rest and closed her eyes. "Drugs would be good right now." She said holding onto her ribs so she could breath easier. "Thank you and I am sorry for all the trouble I am causing you." She said knowing Regina was going to be pissed when she finds out that David helped her. She was still worried about causing them trouble. It was the last thing she wanted to do but then when she thought about it they had their own problems with Regina she just didn't want to add to them.

Charming started the engine of his truck and slowly drove off to the hospital. “It’s no problem Belle, stop saying that you are causing trouble, cause that isn’t the case. We are here for you, you know that, so don’t worry about it.”
When they arrived at the hospital he helped her out of the car and supported her when they went inside. After a few minutes waiting Dr. Whale arrived to help Belle. “I will wait here for when you come back” he said with a comforting smile. When Belle was in a different room, he looked around and saw a pile of magazines. He searched one that wasn’t about make-up or clothes and started to read in it after he text his wife that he was at the hospital with Belle.

Belle sighed and nodded her head. "Alright I quit saying that I am causing trouble." She said as she smiled over at him as she lead her head against the window. "Thank you for being here and helping me." Belle said when David said that they were there for her.
Belle let him help her out of the truck and into the hospital. She nodded her head when Dr. Whales came out to get her. "Alright and again thank you." She said smiling at him as they headed back to the ER. She came back out about an hour later tired and sore. She walked over to David and sat down. "He wants to me press charges again Regina. I have three bruised ribs two that are cracked and one that is broken. and as you have seen I am covered in cuts and bruises from her throwing me into walls and the ceiling at the library. He took pics of all the bruises and cuts. " She said as she waited for Dr. Whales to come back and with her pain meds and something to help her relax and sleep.
"I don't know what I should do. I mean I get what he is saying about pressing charges again her. But at the same time I don't want to hurt Henry like that and yet I don't want Regina to get away with that she has done to me." She said sadly not sure what to do. She knew no matter what she did she was going to make someone mad or end up hurting someone. She just wanted to make the right chose and right now she didn't know what that was. "Help me please and tell me what you think I should do."She asked him as she wrapped her arms around her ribs for support.

David looked up when he heard Belle walking towards him. After she took a seat he smiled at her. “So there you are again.” But his smile made room for a more serious look on his face. “I think you should do it Belle, she treated you badly. This is serious Belle, someone who did all this to you just to have some information needs to be punished. Now you have to think for yourself, and not for anyone else.
Don’t worry about Henry, I will try to tell him what happened as soon as possible. I just know that he would understand why you press charges. It’s Regina who is disappointing him, not us. I will go to doctor Whale, and I will make up the charges against her with the photos as an evidence. Regina can’t do all this without punishment Belle, she just can’t, and I will help you with that.
He looked at Belle and gave her a comforting smile. “You are not standing alone Belle”

Belle sighed and carefully ran a hand through her hair as she thought about what David said to her. She knew he was right. She knew Regina would not get away with what she had done to her. Regina had gotten away with so much over the years and it had to stop. Regina thought she could use her powers money and make threats and just get what she wants or get away with things and that had to stop. She had hurt Belle enough. "Alright I will press charges. She had to play for something that she has done wrong instead of always getting away with it." She said as she looked over at David letting him see how tired she was and yet worried she was about do this. "Someone has to stand up to her I guess it is my turn." She said on a sigh as she thought about how done she was with letting Regina push her around.

“You know what, I will get the photos that Dr. Whale took from your injuries, and I will take them with me. If you feel recovered enough I will officially let you press charges against Regina, and work it out. You need to be fully healthy again before I let you do this. One minute, I’ll be right back” he stood up from his seat and walked towards Dr. Whale. When the doctor hand him over the photos he put them away inside the pocket of his jacket and walked back towards Belle. “Okay, I’ll have the photos. I guess we better bring you to our apartment again. Like I told you, you can stay with us for a while now.” He held out his hand to help her up from the seat she was sitting on and drove her back to his apartment.
After he helped her on the stairs and entered his apartment he took the photos out of his jacket and put them on the table, just like his car keys. “Okay, let’s see, make yourself at home and I will make some dinner for you okay?” he smiled. “You don’t have to look at me like that you know, I can cook!” he chuckled

Belle nodded her head as she closed her eyes. She was so tired and just wanted to go to sleep right now. "That is fine, but we need to press the charges soon so no one can ask why we waited so long. I want to do it right so she can't get away with it." She said still worried about hurting Henry. He has been through so much and she didn't want to add to it and she knew this would.
She sighed and got up when he came back with the photos and she had her pain killers. "I am to tired to argue and right now I feel safer at your place then at my cottage alone." She said being honest with him. She didn't like being scared or feeling helpless and Regina attacking her made her feel both and she hated Regina more for that. She swore she would never feel like that again after being locked up and now she felt like that all over again.
She left David help her up the stairs into his and Snow's apartment and she walked over and sat down on the couch very carefully holding her ribs the whole time. She sat back and closed her eyes and was very content with sitting here like that until David said he was going to make them dinner. Her eyes shot open and she gave him an odd look. She laughed when he called her on it. "Oh don't make me laugh and I am sorry it is just that to be honest you are the first man I have even seen say that they are going to cook." She said being honest with him. "I trust you and I will eat what ever it is you make."She said to him as she laid her head back on her couch again.

David laughed “Well, most of the time I am the one who cooks around this place. Emma isn’t really such a good cook, she likes the easy stuff like hamburgers or taco’s, which are also the most greasy stuff. Henry of course doesn’t cook, he don’t has too. And well Mary Margaret…. Said between us two: is doing her best to prevent the food from burning.” He laughed again, cause he was thinking about the last time that happened. When he joked about that fact that it was tasting great if you would eat between the burn parts of it.
“So actually, if I wouldn’t cook around here, I think everyone would lose a lot of weight or gain a lot of weight, it depends who would be cooking then” he tried to change the subject between the two of them, to make it less serious for moment or two.
He walked towards the fridge and opened it, looking for the ingredients he needed. “I’m afraid I have to go for something easy as well today, cause apparently we really need to do some grocery shopping. What do you say about pancakes for dinner? I know it’s not really a real meal but hey, it’s all I can offer right now”
He looked up from the fridge and looked to Belle, but noticed that he was talking to his own all the time, since Belle fell asleep on the couch.
