It was already the third coffee which David was drinking at the moment. He loved the thought of them being owners of a shop very soon, but the choice of a flower shop was still something he needed to get used to. It didn’t matter if it was together with Robin and Regina, because it would come in handy to have someone who is good in management that will sign the contract as well.
David just turned over the page of the local newspaper that he was reading when Snow began to worry about both of their other almost shop owners.
“Honey, you know them, they are always running brilliantly late. It’s nothing new there.” Sipping from his coffee once more he frowned his eyebrows as he read a seemingly interesting article.
The excited tone of his wife’s voice made his gaze go up to her face where an excited smile awaited for him. With a chuckle David answered in an amused tone. “I think someone else is much more excited than me” Tapping his finger on her nose for one brief moment he gave her another loving smile before closing his newspaper that was laying in front of him on the red table top. “Now stop worrying, they will be here soon honey” when Snow placed her head on his shoulder he wrapped his arm around her and made them lean against the rest of the booth, waiting for the other couple to arrive.
