Thread for Prince Charming /David Nolan Set after Jini almost crossed the city line and david was there just in time. There Jini was sitting. In David's truck on the way back in the town she was going to leave behind, because nobody would miss her. She still had that opinion, but how was she going to convince her half brother of that. She sat with her arms crossed over each other on the passenger seat. She hated that she couldn't succeed, but she was also afraid of what she would find on the other side of the line. Nobody knew what was going to happen with the dark one around the corner. Jini sighed in order to break the awkward silence that was hanging around in the car. The two didn't know each other for long and Jini didn't know how to start any conversation. She started with the most basic question that was hanging in the air for the whole ride. "So why didn't you let me cross that line?" She kept looking out the side window, not facing her brother as she placed her words carefully. She knew her brother had a lot on his mind with his daughter being the dark one and him finding a way to get her back. Jini understood and right now she was being a pain in the ass by acting like a child that wants negative energy. Was she really that desperate for all of this? That would be crazy. But the more she thought the more it was going to feel like the way she was right now.

David kept his eyes on the road, focusing onto the white lines that marked the edges. In a few minutes he would be back at the apartment. He brought Jini with him as he knew that if he wouldn’t she would try to cross the town line once more. He did the best he could to convince the girl that she would make a huge mistake, one that would be unable to come back from. She would change into a tree without having any possible way to change back into her normal self, at least for now. One of the dwarves had already changed into a healthy growing tree. One person was enough. He thought about how Snow would react to all of this. She was already on edge with Emma being the new Dark One and being unable to do something about it. Having to deal with Jini who stood at the edge of crossing the town line could be the same like adding wood to the fire. The sigh coming from Jini made David look at her for just a few seconds before focusing onto the road once more. He was conflicted on what to tell her. A part of him wanted to start raising his voice and make her realize that she was about to make a huge mistake, but another part knew that yelling or playing onto the guilt part wasn’t going to work out and wouldn’t lead to any positive result. The silence got filled up with Jini’s voice that spread through the inside of the car. David’s grip onto the steering wheel tightened by her question. “If you aren’t able to answer that question for yourself, I’m not too sure if it would be a good idea to let you stay alone for a little while.” It only proved to David that she was way too unstable to stay alone. She would go back to the town line. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but soon. Jini James / Sophia Barone

Looks up at her half-brother as he answers rather angry at her.. She had never seen him this way. Sure she now knew that he was protective over her and he was probably at everyone in this god forsaken town, but it made her think. What would happen if she crossed the line? She had no idea. She could just forget everything, she could neer return or she could turn into something or someone else? Was she up for that? She had no clue, but it was better not to think of that, because David was never going to let her away with it. They had a lot of problems of her own. Was this Jini's cry for attention? She wondered. Of course she didn't want to be alone, but crossing the line wasn't the answer eighter. She sighed and stared back in front of her until they reached the appartment where David and his family was living.
When he turned of the engine to the car she unbuckled her seatbelt and moved over to open the door of the passenger side, before sliding out of the car slowly, knowing that she probably was going to be taken inside with him. For another 'talk'.

David had turned the vehicle off but he still sat within the drivers seat. Blue eyes followed Jini's movements as she crossed in front of the truck. He shouldn't have bit back at her in anger, but this was the last thing he needed on his ever growing plate. Emma, The people of Camelot and now more family drama. The feeling of paralyzation crept over the him. Weighing heavily over his heart. If could not convince Jini into staying what chance did he have of stopping his own flesh and blood daughter? Gripping the steering wheeling resting his forehead against the wheel. David took a deep breath needing to get a game plan together , it was his turn to sigh heavily . if things got truly bad the prince could always lock Jini up for her safety.
Exiting out of the truck slamming the door the jingle of the keys in his large calloused hand rung in his ears. Making quick movement up the stairs into the loft to find his awaiting sister. Snow must have let her shutting the door quietly not wanting to disturb Neal or his wife. listen Jini for me to help I need to know what were you thinking? If you can give me a reason on why life as tree is better then being human I won't Stan in your way. But if you can't then we need to find out what we can do to fix what ever is troubling unable to look at the blonde not out of spite but just because he feared that when he heard her reason David might not be pleased . pressing hand on to the wooden door frame an the other hand on his hip . his posture said relaxed but Charming was anything but at ease.

Jini followed David slowly up the stairs. She stayed silent. Knowing he was angry with her. Just like she was at herself. She looked to the ground as she stood in the middle of the appartment and David was at the door, closing it softly. Jini sighed. "Can you name anyone who loves me David? Anyone who can make my miserable life look better? If this is it I am already a tree. Stuck, never moving anywhere... Besides all of that I didn't know I would turn into a tree... It happened to one of the Dwarfs didn't it?" Jini felt confuesed and broken. She was alone and still was. Believing that nobody cared about her enough to make her feel better and pull her out of the depression.
Jini walked over to a chair and sat herself down without an invitation. She was exhausted, not feeling okay and hide her face in her hands, sniffling softly. "I just don't know what to do with myself anymore.... "
